This has quickly become our go-to breakfast spot because they’re consistent with both food and service.
I usually get the Trifecta (scrambled soft eggs, Belgian waffle, and bacon cooked well-done but not burnt) and it always comes out just the way I like it. My hubby tried the maple bacon croissant sandwich with jalapeños, scrambled eggs, cheese, million-dollar bacon, sausage, and a side of potatoes. It came out a little burnt, but Sharday (GM) and our server David went above and beyond to make it right. That kind of customer service is why we keep coming back.
The coffee? Smooth, balanced, and worth savoring. Even with a 30-minute wait, the text-when-ready system made it effortless—we browsed nearby shops and our table was ready before we knew it.
No restaurant is perfect, but First Watch Bowie consistently shows they care about both the food and the experience, which is why they’re worth 5 stars in my book.

We were served by a gentlemen that was very polite and friendly. Food came very quickly & flavours were there. I really liked the avocado on toast (a little advice: if you add some olive oil, chilli flakes and some black pepper it will give it a nice little nice addition, avocados tend to be quite plain) overall quite a nice place, a lot of food options. Great breakfast selections. Thank you
