Neither soda machine was working but that was not disclosed to customers who were ordering drinks (even after they were told both were broken). I was given a soda bottle as replacement when I asked but other customers were not. They kept selling drinks they could not fill. My order was given to another customer as they were not verifying order numbers, just giving the food to whoever grabbed it. They did eventually remake my order but offered no apology. Employees looked really unhappy to be working there.

Five guys is never a bad idea! You really can’t beat the burgers and fries. It’s the closest you can get to a quality homemade burger in a chain restaurant.
