For take out/mobile orders, they will not communicate that they are “out” of items (or just didn’t put them in). Nor do they put a sign up stating such. You have to find out when you get home that half of your expensive meal is missing and the excuse is “oops we’re out”. Not really acceptable if it’s something that cost extra to just leave it out and hope the customer doesn’t notice. The first couple times I thought maybe it was an honest mistake. But it’s happened so many times now that it’s clear it’s just common practice at this location to prepare an order incorrectly, charge for missing items, and send it out the door.

They never have their bread this is the 5th time I have been in there and no bread and all the other stores they own are fully stocked this one is like well less see if people will buy our food. Most of the employees are nice but you can tell they are defeated cause they are not stocked up and the bathroom smells and it’s dirty

I was was actually looking to go to Cava in the are but couldn’t find it and thought I’d try fresh greens. The greens weren’t fresh at all. The kale and jerk chicken was tough and the worst I’ve ever had. Also it’s over priced for the quality of the food.when she said $17 dollars I was shocked. I’ll continue to go to Cava as it’s less expensive and you get more fresher food. Won’t be returning to this place.

This was my second time here and I really wanted to like it as it’s the only salad place in this area but my goodness, I will not be returning. First the price of a salad is absolutely absurd, they know they have a monopoly over the area and it shows. I spent $40 for two salads. I got salmon on my salad which was an extra $9 for the smallest piece, it was like a half of a normal sized portion and plus $1.50 for any extra toppings is a lot. Then for it to be a salad place with only three specialty salads is just odd. The balsamic and Italian dressings weren’t very good, tasted pretty bland like wishbone. However, the jerk chicken was pretty good.

We just spent $29.94 on our meal. A wrap, lemonade, and chips. After ordering on the kiosk and waiting for our food, we were told they don’t have wraps at all. Well, we’re about to drive and can’t just eat a salad in the car. As such, we asked for a refund and intended to visit one of the stores next door. After the employee called her manager, Ms. K who didn’t answer, she proceeded to ask us to come back another day because they “don’t know how to do refunds”. She asked if we could return on Saturday for a refund. Huh?? How might you operate a business where employees are unable to do refunds without you? Furthermore, in this economy, people don’t have time to wait for a refund for food that was never received. We asked the employee to write on the back of the receipt that we did not get food. We hope that our refund can be processed without us having to physically come back to this location. What if we didn’t live in state?

I use to go there when they first opened but stopped when they increased the prices. I went back today and they appear to have staffing issues. Only 1 girl working at peak lunchtime on a Saturday. I felt bad for her she was doing the best she could but people started walking out due to the wait. At checkout I tried to claim my 5 visit $5 off rewards and she didn’t know how to deduct it at the register. She called someone on the phone and they couldn’t help her out either. Supposedly she needed a managers authorization. All staff needs to be trained on how to use the register.
Hello, I purchased a Seafood Ceasar salad today 5/8/2024 from the Bowie Fresh Green location. When I got home and opened my salad, there was a ladybug crawling out of the salad (see photos). The greens must come directly out of a bag and aren't washed. I will have to continue eating at home. I am in need of a refund for my purchase ?

Today is April 14, I walked to Fresh Green to get a salad like I normally do but today I was greeted by a young man at first everything seem fined until we started to go down the line for my toppings once we got to the protein section he didn’t asked what would I like so we moved on to the dressing sections where I asked to provide me salt and pepper and mix it up, he didn’t asked if I wanted dressing on My salad he had attitude not sure where it came from. He packed my salad in a bowl with no dressing so I asked him are you new to this establishment cause you not doing your Job. I asked what is his name he said Jamel told him You need a break cause your customer service is terrible. Now I come here three times a week to get salad and sometimes a wrap and this was first time I every Experience bad service here. Owners please talk to your employees bad service means no customers
