Hardy's BBQ Carryout

Walk up order for carry out: Young lady taking orders was polite and efficient. I ordered a brisket sandwich, spicy bbq sauce, slaw, and mac& cheese. The sandwich comes on a toasted roll which was fantastic. The rub on the brisket is well balanced and does not over power the sandwich. 1 sandwich and 2 sides was a lot of food and worth every penny. Ok... ????.... Kudos bro... you did your thing! I'm very Impressed. Keep up the Great work. I'm a foodie and I'm a backyard BBQ King around Bowie(lol) but ill lay my apron down to you with these ribs. Now, don't go get commercial and short cut the process. I'll be the first to blow you up if that happens! Ijs!Anywho, Hardy's gets my stamp! Don't believe me. Go try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed!

I initially had a bad taste in my mouth with their availability hours, THEN I was blessed with the food. Their hours can be from 2 am to 2:15 am on Sunday mornings and I would make a way for the ribs and potato salad. It was simply amazing. Maryland does not have great BBQ but this place can definitely make me have a change of heart.
