I use to come here’s I thought the food tasted good. Then one day I ordered take out and found a roach inside my bag with my food. The put your food in a brown paper bag and close it with a stole gin. I don’t know how they missed that big roach. I went back to the restaurant, returned the food and got my money back. I never returned.

I ordered fried wings and fried rice. A classic Chinese meal. It tasted like cardboard. I’m very disappointed. How is this okay? The food quality was 0/10. I will never buy food their again.

Delicious and adequate portion. The Egg Foo Yung I ordered with shrimp had at least three JUMBO SHRIMP in Each of the large egg patties with very delicious sauce over each (served with rice). I will gladly re-order. The other orders here were also very delicious, Seafood Delight and Sesame Chicken. Great local place.

My husband and I order quite frequently at this place (for the past 4 years) but the food quality has been going down hill. Each visit has been making it harder for us to return to this place.
This instance, I ordered beef chow mein expecting a dish with noodles. Apparently at this restaurant, you don’t get noodles for a dish that literally has the word “noodle” (mein) in the name. It only consisted of some beef slices with veges (onion, bean sprout, celery, and maybe Napa cabbage) in a sauce. Attached a photo. VERY disappointed.
Also ordered some fried meat dumpling, just to try it this time. The dumpling is actually “pan-fried” but only on one side and it tasted very doughy.
Another instance we ordered some beef fried rice but it had a very strong taste of shrimp.
It’s just a very disappointing experience every time now. Sad.

I've been going to Hunan Delight for about 20 years and would give it 5 stars. Went 2 days ago and it was the worst, most tasteless meal I've ever had. Am looking for a new Chinese carryout. Suggestions??

I was in the mood for fried fish and fries. I figured going to Hunan Delight would be a quicker and more cost effective alternative. I was wrong.
The fries were hard, seemed old, and were reheated. The fish was by no means the fresh fish catch I expected. Instead, it was seasonless and overcooked filets reminiscent of high school lunch fish patties.
Previous meals have been enjoyable and I expected the same. Not so much this time around. Not sure what happened, but I will begin to limit what I order.
Love the food but the place could use a remodeling

So I ordered some vegetable fried rice and two spring rolls today thinking it’s gonna be something quick and good, what I got was a slap in the face and a punch in the ribs. I tried to soy sauce that joint like crazy even adding some duck sauce. That joint just didn’t work, it was drier than the Sahara desert ?️. So now I’m sitting here thinking to myself that I got worked. I will end with this don’t go to Hunan Delight thinking you getting something quick and good cause you will get beat out of your $10.39 just like I did. ?

Great take out food. Delivery is always quick and food is always piping hot. Recommend trying Smoked salmon sushi, plain or spicy shrimp noodles, wonton soup, egg rolls beef and broccoli, sweet n sour chicken, wings, orange chicken, and shrimp fried rice.

We hardly post reviews & only occasionally get take out from Hunan Delight; but tonight's dinner was so delicious! We had to share our thoughts. Sooo very delicious- perfectly spiced & plentiful. We had Hot and Sour soup -Yum! And Steamed Meat Dumplings- so good! And their Hunan Pork & Hunan Shrimp- YUM YUM! Thank you, Hunan Delight.
