Great service, good food. The interior feels claustrophobic and cramped.
No wiggle room in the booths at all. We were a party of four and I had to eat with my purse squashed uncomfortably between my lap and the tabletop.
Parking: There is a parking lot but spaces are tight as are the aisles. Be very mindful of not dinging the car next to you and try to back in so you can pull safely out when leaving.
Kid-friendliness: I would not bring my children here. The tightness of quarters is a very real safety concern for me.

Had to park in ToGo Pickup space as handicapped parking NOT shoved clear nearly a week after snow! But staff did hold doors open for us Coming & Going.

Mediocre food and even worse service especially if you order delivery I've never ordered from here and actually had my order arrive 100% correct at a minimum they forget at least 1 whole meal. The fact that they feel the need to put "We may look like we're closed but we're not" in the description of their location says it all. This city has 2 locations and they both are equally terrible.

Ate it too fast to share pictures of a beautifully served meal. My waiter Anthony, was very kind, the entire staff looked happy and served their customers well and they all seemed to get along and work as a team. The cook did a fabulous job. I had a waffle meal. The potatoes, bacon and cheese eggs were so delicious and very hot and Anthony made me a fresh pot of decaf coffee. I can now start my day ready for anything. Thank you for this very pleasurable experience. TBarbee
It was one of the most horrible IHOP I have been to in my 20 years of going to IHOP. Hostess could not tell me estimated wait time. The place was not crowded. We finally got our table and waited 25 minutes for the waitress to come by for drinks. We asked for another kid menu, as the one we had came with a pink crayon for my boy. We were looked at as if we asked for something out of the world and proceeded to completely ignore our request. We finally were approached to place our order by another waitress. We ordered our food and drinks so we didn't have to wait. We didn't get our drinks and coffee for another 25 min. My kid was crying because he was so hungry and they were taking so long. Finally, when the food came, they served the adults first while my 4 year old was waiting for his food. We had to ask them to give him his food. They forgot one order completely and didn't bring it until the rest of us almost finished our food. The staff seemed untrained and all over the place. Worst experience ever!!!
