Food was good. It came out fast. The only reason I took off two stars is because our waitress took forever to even see us, then never came to check on us. Most of our time there was waiting. To top it all off, she tried charging gratuity for 3 people. Make sure to read your receipts.

Every single time I come here the service is horrible! You wait at least 15mins before your order is taken. Waiters are more focused on pickup orders and seem lost when you come in. The change of management shows.

Sorry I hope but I believe you are not like before good due to poor experience or unqualified employees because that it happened with me at other I hope location last week

I ordered off of uber eats and my order is correct on the receipt, however my omelette was entirely wrong. I’m deathly allergic to mushrooms & tomatoes and they are both involved with the omelette. I asked for simple omelette with cheese and bacon with spinach, nothing else. I tried to call and their phone service transferred me to a farther ihop and they gave me the correct number but when I called their entire system failed.
