AVOID THIS IHOP if you can! Slow, ghetto, dirty and a lot of other unkind words. Placed an online order just to come inside and wait in a long line with no one at the front. Get to the front just to be told my food isn’t ready, okay fine I’ll wait. The lady comes out with food and ask my name and rolls her eyes when no one claims the order and then she throws it on the counter. Another lady comes up with orders and just throw them on the counter and a gentleman waiting for his food gets up and goes behind the counter and grabs his food and tells me mine is up there too. This ihop is ran horribly and so unprofessional. They need to hire new staff or new managers that actually care about their customers and communicate that there is a wait or the food will be right out. Would only return to get their bacon. That’s the only good thing about them SMH. Did I mention my food was packaged in a garbage bag? CRAZY!

I waited 10 minutes to be seated. Had to get my own menu and plastic utensils. Only one sever and one manager working. 20 minutes in and still haven’t placed my order. Surprisingly, the food was prepared relatively quickly and was tasty. Took awhile to get some grape jelly though. Job posting for all positions is at the front counter. If they don’t do better I don’t see how they will survive. Same problem with the previous restaurant at this location.

This place has a lot of flaws. I come here on the regular. If i order an omelet no one seems to know how to order a double portion of protein to an omelet that doesn't come with one. (Obviously not talking about the eggs). Sometimes it happens sometimes i pay extra and can tell it's not doubled and the pricing always comes out inconsistent which let's me know everyone isn't on the same page on how to use that screen i guess. It's extremely hard to get someone to answer the phone even they are not busy, keeping it honest that has gotten better. Certain shifts seem to have a lot of youth staff that play a lot, that also seems to have gotten better. My other complaint is the music is entirely too loud and that's coming from a person that disturbs the peace with audio equipment everyday. It's like a concert at breakfast.

Went in Bowie, restaurant around 2pm, person on phone, stood there for 5 minutes. She never acknowledge me. She kept talking then went to back of restaurant. She came back still did not acknowledge. So we left. The worst customer service and this is not the first time. I left this restaurant About 10 months ago. I had hoped the service had changed. Left and went to Crofton I HOP where the service and food was good.

By far one the worst IHOPs I have ever been to. I have been here 3 times during non busy hours and either my order is wrong or I have to wait a long time for my pickup order. Whoever is running this store clearly does not care at all. I do not recommend this particular location at all!

Mediocre food and even worse service especially if you order delivery I've never ordered from here and actually had my order arrive 100% correct at a minimum they forget at least 1 whole meal. The fact that they feel the need to put "We may look like we're closed but we're not" in the description of their location says it all. This city has 2 locations and they both are equally terrible.

My family and I went here for breakfast on Saturday and Diana was our waitress and she was amazing! So attentive and she was soo right about it the cinnamon dippers! 10/10 😋😋
