I have had food delivered from here and multiple times the order is so wrong. The eggs are over cooked and the waffle is burned and brown. The manager was rude and told me to bring the food in as proof when I paid for it to be delivered. Go to the other IHOPS in the area. Absolutely no customer service

Staff was horrible. The restaurant was just about empty we waited to be greeted staff walked passed us never acknowledged us. Me and my family decided to go to another Ihop about 5 miles away instead.

i came here early morning with my friends and had the weirdest experience ever. we were sated quickly and helped with fair service. once we were seating we seen a tall gentleman with a biker jacket on, some type of cargos and heavy boots. we had to assume he worked there only because of him walking in and out the kitchen. this man then stared at us our whole entire service. we were the only ones there til the end and we got these on going stared. it was hard to enjoy our meals this this eerie, uncomfortable stare down. wouldn’t go back, didn’t feel safe and the waitress with no enthusiasm didn’t help settling the feeling.

My son and went to this location for the first time. It was pretty empty so we been seated and served right away. However, we ordered our drinks, coke, coffee and a water! And as the drinks came out our server not only slammed my coffee cup on the table but he also grabbed it from the top with his whole hand. The coffee was cold. So asked a different waitress to please bring me fresh coffee, she responded very politely and and informed it will take a few minutes cause they would have to make it! No biggie! Well, they brought my coffee out but no cup. So as the food came out, I asked for a coffee cup and for my water, which I have asked for in the time of waiting 3 times! My food was good, my son's burger however was not to his liking and he even spit some of it out! He asked for a plain burger with fries, well the burger came out with a sauce that he didnt liked and everything else ( lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles ). Mind you, my son has autism so he is very picky when it comes to food! With that being said, if you dont like your job, looks for something else or pay attention to what people order! Will not return to this location!

We hadn’t been to an ihop in years and it is exactly as we remembered. The food came out fast, our server was helpful and friendly, and the pancakes were massive.
