Jersey Mike's Subs

Absolutely the worst Philly steak and cheese ever. I asked for mayo lettuce and tomatoes to be put on mine. And it was a sloppy mess. It was like a quarter cup of mayonnaise on a half a steak and cheese sub. Sloppy nasty trash. The amount of meat put on the sandwich I couldn't even figure that out I really couldn't figure out where the meat was through all that mess and all you're going to see in my photo is a mess cuz I was trying to wipe off the mayonnaise and it was a lot so you're going to see some napkins in there and me trying and I was peeling off all that bread all that excessive bread.

I won't be back second time I tried them and each time it's worse and worse.

Staff is terrible young girls with bad attitudes. Terrible experiencing on 7/21 at 815 . They need to vet these people better . Edit - instead of making the waiting customers sandwiches they are making their own

The delivery order was missing a sandwich and I paid for the sandwich online. Another sandwich had tomatoes and it was not supposed to have tomatoes. None of the sandwiches had people’s names on them so people started eating and touching the wrong sandwiches. . I tried to contact the restaurant multiple times but they would not answer the phone.

Service here was quick and the location was clean. Cashier was on her phone most of the time on speaker and everyone could hear her conversation. Other then that staff was friendly and attentive

I'd seen a post on FB about the pastrami sub so I had to go get one because I love a good pastrami sandwich. Unfortunately, pastrami is the most popular thing on the menu and they were fresh out and I was told that the vendor for the meat was having issues keeping up with the demand. So, I ordered a regular-sized steak and cheese with everything. The manager apologized for the lack of pastrami and gave me the steak sub for free! WHAT?! That was amazing! The regular sized sub is huge and it was, literally, one of the best I've ever had. This Jersey Mike's just made a new fan!

Ordered 6 subs online for $75.00…..
Order was supposed to be ready at 3:11. I showed up at 3:15 , the had not even started making them. ( ordered online at 2:50)…….
Finally handed me my order at 3:35. No apology, nothing. Here ya go. Thats it.
Horrible experience.

I'm tired of them making my hot sub wrong. Multiple times now I've gone inside to order and they mess up the toppings on my sandwich after writing it down for the person at the flat top. This time-A simple no lettuce, add pickle change and it comes out half full of lettuce, no pickles, cheese in unmelted chunks, and most the saice on the outside of the sandwich. Time to retrain

The employees here are so cordial and efficient. They made our sandwiches so fast and professionally, it was like watching a dance. Super clean, got in and out with exactly what we wanted, would come back to this location any time.
