Cap on the vinegar was busted, absolutely drenched the sandwich when overturned for a “Mike’s Way”. So soggy it leaked through the bag on to the car seat during the drive home. Worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten and now my car smells like a jar of pickles.

Can't make a steak only sub. Got cheese,mayo and onions which i did not want. Pretty bad they only sell subs and can't even make the simplest one. The only reason why I asked for a steak only sub was to make it easy and fail proof and they failed at that.

Ordered a cold sub & they did mot put down any paper. So as the guy was slicing my meat, the other guy took the top of my bread & wiped it across the counter as if it were a rag. When I said I did not want that bread he proceeded to still hand it to the guy slicing my meat. I had to demand new bread. NASTY!!! Won’t go to this location again!!!

I’m not sure why this location can’t make a sub the way you order it. Twice in the last week I have watched the order taker write down exactly what I asked for but once it goes to the grill and toppings person it comes out wrong.Extra cheese on a cheesesteak shouldn’t look like such little cheese you’re not even sure they put any on it. Add mushrooms literally means, add mushrooms. Twice my subs have not had mushrooms. I asked for lettuce and tomato and got as little lettuce as they could possible put on it and two tiny pieces of tomato. The cheesesteak tonight was straight grease.We dined in last week and the music is so loud you can’t have a conversation with the person across from you and the drink station was absolutely filthy. I won’t be back.

Staff are always nice as well as efficient and accurate with orders. It amazes me that the person slicing the meat can talk 2 to 3 people's order at a time and consistently get them correct. Meats and veggies are always fresh and they make it my way. ?

Aker hill is a horrible manager he should be fired forcing workers to work when they are sick, disgusting!!!,I recently ate here and got sick and later on found out the workers were sick.

The Subs was good I got a vegetarian. It's like the guy who made my sub was getting a little impatient with me. Like his job wasn't to make made to order subs. Over all I enjoyed it There's no glove changes after the meats same gloves From start to finish
Vegetarian options: Everything's mixed If someone's getting a ham sandwich, they go off from a ham, sticking it right into the lettuce. So vegetarians allergic allergies beware.There's no change gloves. Ham subs it's going right into the pickles
Dietary restrictions: Everything's contaminated!!!! cross-contamination!!!!! (EVERYTHING!!!). You can ask Them to changes gloves but its pointless Because there's doing it before u
