I recently ordered a chicken pizza from this Ledo Pizza, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The chicken on the pizza was uncooked, emitting a bad smell, and the entire pizza seemed to be dripping with excessive oil. The taste was disgustingly off-putting. If I had to choose between going hungry or seeking food from a trash can, I'd opt for the latter over ordering from this place again. It's no surprise that neighboring food businesses are thriving while this store remains empty. If you value your hard-earned money and prioritize nutrition, it's advisable to steer clear of this establishment.

This place needs a new manager or a cook asap. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for my kids. I don't know what the policy is on making pizzas but this pepperoni pizza and cheese pizza had grease leaking through the box. I asked can they cook it longer and it came out worse. Who puts a slice of pepperoni on every square of the pizza. Avoid this cholesterol trap at any cost if you care about you health. They don't give half stars in the ratings.

11-16-2023 I Ordered a half pepperoni half veggie. When I get there, they gave double veggies that were not cooked. I asked if they could make another pizza, they said we will take some. I asked again can I get another pizza, the cashier said to me the pizza is cold so I will ask. This was at 8:10. She comes back at 8:20 and says the oven is shut down. The whole time I hear them in the ba k saying who would order a pizza like this. I quickly call another Ledos in Seabrook Ordered my pizza and picked it up at 8:45. I will never go to this location and will warn others to not go there go to Seabrook.This Vista garden location has a bunch of kids there that are only concerned about getting check and have no clue of customer service. I wish I still did secret shopping, this location would have failed every metric. Stay Away!Parking: Busy because of other resturants.

If your of European ancestry then this isn't your huckleberry. I was skipped for service in favor of people who just walked in. I was ignored by staff (young Spanish speaking girls and the manager). This is reality anywhere near Bowie or Waldorf. Very racist towards my people.Wheelchair accessibility: Standard compliance

Wife ordered 50 1/2 and 1/2 wings on Friday evening for a gathering on Saturday at 6pm. She placed the order with a manager named “Gabby” over the phone.Fast forward to Saturday at 5:30pm…. Wife goes to pick up the wings and they are not ready. She was told by staff that her order was not in the system at all.She asked to speak to “Gabby” but was told she was in the back. She would not come out to speak to my wife and had one of the staff relaying messages.Wife was also told that they could not prepare 50 1/2 and 1/2. Sadly when my wife went into the store, one of the staff recognized her because we are regulars with takeout orders at least once or twice a week.Contacted another Ledos nearby and they were able to fill our order of 50 1/2 and 1/2 wings in 15 minutes. Picked them up and the owner threw in a bowl of ranch for free.Unacceptable and we will not be back. The one nearby that filled our order on Saturday, filled our order tonight of large pizza, calzone, 12 bone wings and 1/2 pound of boneless.

Believe the rating. Worse ledos in the area. They refuse to answer the phone, they pick it up, put you on hold for 10 min then hang up. Unbelievable. 7/26/23 was on hold from 5:55-6:15pm before I gave up and went to the largo location

The two young men at the register were an absolute joy. Very friendly & helpful with the take out menu. Ordered white pizza and steak n chz. Loved the pizza crust. But it was cooked a little bit too hard (but tasted good). Steak n chz was great!Kid-friendliness: Great for families. Big pizzas.Parking: Tons of shopping center parking spaces.Dietary restrictions: Cauliflower crust pizza offers

My husband and I went to go pick up our pizza yesterday evening and the customer service we received from Wonder was amazing. It got a bit busy so there was a long wait but the cashier was so sweet, I had to leave a review. I was talking to other customers in the lobby about how great she was with reassuring us and taking our orders. It got super hectic but she remained calm and respectful the entire time. Would come back again!
