Excellent customer service. The food is always hot

The waitress was awesome and really made the meal better. I am not big on ledos pizza though. Others seemed to enjoy it but I wouldn't get it again. Nothing was wrong with it, it may just be me. Was a little bit noisy but fine otherwise.

Great for lunch salad.

Ordered our pizza at 5:45pm. Pick up time was 6:15. We didn't leave there with our pizza until 7:05. We weren't the only ones who waited over 45 minutes. Never again.

Ordered take out. Food was fine. Not great. This place was MUCH better TJ Elliotts. Now it is just ok. Service needs work. Barely acknowledged when waiting to pickup food. Just pointed to shelf and told to get order from over there. Felt like fast food pickup order.

I bought a medium half pepperoni, half black olives pizza. The meat and cheese were really good. But the crust was too soft. The bread they used was TOO SOFT. It seemed like they didn’t cook the dough enough. The man inside treated me in a respectful way so it wasn’t all bad.

I recently visited Ledo’s Pizza for a fundraiser event supporting Benjamin Tasker Middle School. I ordered pizza and wings, and both were absolutely delicious!

While I was there, I encountered a man who seemed quite inebriated. Initially, he was outside but eventually came inside. Although he was generally friendly, his behavior was a bit overwhelming as he was very touchy (of me) and flirtatious with some of the female customers. I was there with my son, and despite his friendliness, he used excessive profanity and spoke very loudly.

I believe everyone has the right to be where they want, but it’s important for business owners to manage situations where individuals might be getting out of hand.

We are from out of town and my husband had seen the menu and really wanted to try the pizza. I'm not big on pizza but did find items on the menu that interested me.

We entered and sat ourselves. It took a few minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us. Her name was Marisa. We were ready to order. My husband ordered the cheese bread and a pizza. I ordered the chicken artichoke bruschetta and a bowl of Italian wedding soup.

Hubby got his bread. Then my soup came out a few minutes later. While not cold, it wasn't hot either. I eat few carbs so waited for my bruschetta. I ended up eating all my soup. Hubby ate 2 slices of his bread and his pizza came out. After about 15 minutes I was able to get the waitresses attention and ask about the bruschetta. She seemed surprised and said she would check on it. She came back and apologized, saying it had actually been put into a to go box for someone else. She'd get it remade right away

After another 15 minutes I was looking for her to try flagging her down when she brought it out... I told her I was just looking for her to cancel the order. I asked for 2 boxes (for the pizza and my bruschetta). She stated the bruschetta was fresh out of the oven when she set the plate down. It was not. While it was warm, it certainly was not right out of the oven.

Thankfully it was very delicious. But the circumstances were very disappointing. And we were not offered any discount or apology from the manager.

This is a nice comfortable place. They have a good menu selection and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. I definitely recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner
