The restaurant is so dirty it’s kind of unappealing to eat. It’s like no one sweeps the front waiting area until end of night. Person working the front area didn’t speak or greet customers. People are seated out of order (doesn’t matter who gets there first).
Went today around 3, not very crowded but the service was super slow. We had to leave early due to an emergency and asked for our food to be boxed up to go instead. That took even LONGER! When I got home I discovered my granddaughters food was incorrect, my son's was wrong, AND I paid extra for grilled onions on my steak that I didn't even get. I normally check my food b4 I leave but like I said, I had a family emergency so I didn't have time and my focus was elsewhere....
Potentially disastrous experience; told the wait for a table would be 20/25 minutes, not sat for over an hour. Ignored at the bar while waiting for a table. Our server, Nigel, was very efficient and attentive and turned the whole experience around
