When telling our order, the person at the drive through window was rushing our order and couldnt be patient to hear us. From a foreign speaker to another, you should be able to understand that accents are a thing. You shouldn't be annoyed when someone else needs to speak just for you to hear.

Literally the WORST mcdonald’s in the area! Stay away from here. Customer service is nonexistent here…. The kiosks are consistently messed up and causing errors. Tried to order at the counter and was employees kept walking past me without saying a word. This boy comes over and said bc the code was “redeemed” he can’t help me even thought i never finished my transaction bc of the kiosk. he said he was going to get someone to help me and i waited for about 7 mins and still people just kept passing me so i left. as i was waiting at least 4 people came in saying their orders were messed up or missing items .

I ordered from them last week and they cancelled my order. I spent over an hour calling them to find out why, and the manager yelled at me from the start and insisted that the order was delivered, even though the app and email said it was canceled. I ordered again today (McDonald's app didn't let me change stores), and the points I used for hash browns wasn't there. Another 30 minutes later, and they still won't answer the phone. Don't pre-order from them!!!!!! Food was cold, even though the door dasher picked it up and delivered to us first with a max of 8 minutes for delivery!!!

I ordered three sauces and it’s on the receipt and they still wouldn’t give me the honey. Mustard sauce, sauces.. don’t come to this McDonald’s at all costs. Also the lady was rude.

This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 3/10
The service was abysmal and slow. Even if I order something 10 minutes ahead of time, I would end up having to wait up to 20 minutes for my order. There were people in the kitchen, standing around and doing nothing.
This McDonald's is infamous for only prioritizing drive-ins and deliveries, if you are walk-in customer, you could be expected to wait up to 25 minutes to order. The floors were littered with fries and the chairs had dust on them.
My fries came out mushy and tasteless. When I asked the lady to replace them, it took 20 minutes to get them back, and they were still mushy and tasteless. I asked them to replace it again, and the manager refused to replace them. And when I spilled my shamrock shake, the manager refused to replace it.

I am currently rating the store from the store itself. I’ve been standing here for the past 25 minutes and couldn’t get anybody to help me as I’m talking to you. They are all standing around and yet even the lady that I asked to help me ignored me and turned around and act like she never saw me. You can watch the camera. I’m talking this on February. 17th 2025 at exactly 9:39 PM turn on your camera and watch and see how I am being ignored right now. Check how long I’ve been standing here since I walked in and check if anybody ever came to ask me a question and a few of them that I asked never even acknowledged at all. This is not the first time this is happening and this is a daily occurrence, but I’m just writing this. Even the so-called manager that is there never asked me what I’m here for.
