This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 3/10
The service was abysmal and slow. Even if I order something 10 minutes ahead of time, I would end up having to wait up to 20 minutes for my order. There were people in the kitchen, standing around and doing nothing.
This McDonald's is infamous for only prioritizing drive-ins and deliveries, if you are walk-in customer, you could be expected to wait up to 25 minutes to order. The floors were littered with fries and the chairs had dust on them.
My fries came out mushy and tasteless. When I asked the lady to replace them, it took 20 minutes to get them back, and they were still mushy and tasteless. I asked them to replace it again, and the manager refused to replace them. And when I spilled my shamrock shake, the manager refused to replace it.
I only like it cause my cousin works here. Hi David

I am currently rating the store from the store itself. I’ve been standing here for the past 25 minutes and couldn’t get anybody to help me as I’m talking to you. They are all standing around and yet even the lady that I asked to help me ignored me and turned around and act like she never saw me. You can watch the camera. I’m talking this on February. 17th 2025 at exactly 9:39 PM turn on your camera and watch and see how I am being ignored right now. Check how long I’ve been standing here since I walked in and check if anybody ever came to ask me a question and a few of them that I asked never even acknowledged at all. This is not the first time this is happening and this is a daily occurrence, but I’m just writing this. Even the so-called manager that is there never asked me what I’m here for.

Worst McDonald's in America. Food ranges from nothing special to occasionally stale and usually not actually what you ordered. I've grown facial hair waiting in the drive-thru. Between the incorrect orders and the glacial service, there's really no point. Go to ANY OTHER MCDONALD'S and get your order correct and before you've died of old age.

I like dealing with human beings. I don't like to make my orders on a touch screen that a million other people that's unclean hands have touched
I want to see if the food is as I remembered it years ago. It's okay but I can wait another year or so before going back.
Parking: Parking gear is dangerous. The parking area is hard to get into because he driving area is usually crowded and the car is wrapped around the building and block the parking lots. Also one access area to the parking lot intersex with feed banks parking lots and entrance which is shared with the entrance from the highway. So you must try slowly and cautiously because cars are coming from every direction and blocks a McDonald's parking lot.

very slow. this has to be the slowest moving mcdonald's i've ever seen. embarrassing. cold food. do.better. there's a crowd of people and they move like they're taking a stroll on the beach..

Good afternoon, so I’m really not this person at all, but I’m so dissatisfied with my service today at this location…. I came into the location and stood in the line like I always do on Tuesdays. It was one person in front of me that ordered at the counter. The young girl that was taking the order seemed to be new, so she was asking the manager for help about 2/3 times with the person in front of me. Once I got to the front and it was my time to order, the manager was around from helping with the previous customer and she told her to point me to the kiosk. I responded, “Ma'am I rather order here”. She said it again, you can use card and cash at the kiosk and I responded that I always order here at the counter whenever I come in, which is weekly!!!!! I leave right from class and come here. I asked her to speak with a manager, and she told me she was a manager. I asked to speak to another manager, she never got one. I then told her that I don't have to use the kiosk, its a suggestion for guest, but you cant force people to use it and that I rather order at the counter and she would not take my order…. I even asked so am I not allowed to order at the counter (right after the young lady just took someone order) and she still didn't take my order. I politely walked out. I did not get her name, but I know exactly what she looks like. This is truly ridiculous to me. I worked at McDonalds for 10 years from just a crew all the way up to a department manager and I’ve never experienced someone as rude as this lady. And she is a manager, that’s even worse….
