The customer service was horrible. I ordered and got undercooked food, and I didn't get the side I paid for.

***McDonald's update***So used to be in my opinion a not so good stop. But now I have changed my mind.I have been here 3 times in a row and they have stepped up there game!!!Great service, clean environment, and the best part, the food was great and came out hot!Thank you for whatever changes you made to my local McDonald'sMuch appreciated ?

This location is NOT 24/7 FALSE ADVERTISING ( DONT WASTE YOUR GAS !! Locals know this) Many times i have gotten to the speaker and said hello multiple times and they didnt answer. I go to the window to order and they are looking dumb asking me what my order was as if they arenst supposed to be wearing headphones and did not blatantly ignore me. Or you'll wait forever to get to the speaker and then they will tell you to order at the last window (after hours). This location absolutely doesn't care about customer service. This location and the one on crain hghwy night are absolutely wretched!!. They are NOT 24 hours. I feel like this location and the one on Crain Highway are ran by the same indian person.. They ABSOLUTELY do not care about their customers. Both front doors are closed way before closing time sometimes. Sometimes they close early completely (drive thru and front) because they are short staffed. They try to keep their "time" down so they take long before they acknowledge you and take your odrer, to keep their drive thru time down. If you come at night time 7pm and later expect to place your order between 5 to 10minutes and wait at least 10mins (No exxagertation) Just don't go here. This place needs to be closed down 100%
This is the worst late night McDonald's in Bowie. The service gets no stars and if it was up to me I would close it down!! Who hires these people, they should be fired!!

they’re trying, I suppose…I stop through a couple times per month. I’ve seen and experienced the good and bad. But it’s a fast food restaurant and probably struggles with keeping good help in a very busy area where the cost of living is high and wages are low. I have no complaints.

Went thru the drive-thru at the height of rush hour, but the line moved swiftly and they had someone come outside to take orders. Food was ready 2 mins later at the window, they were expedient and the meal was hot and fresh...and best of all, the order was CORRECT! ?

Don't like overly automated setup. Too little space in ordering area. Service mediocre. Restaurant not clean. Feel ignored by staff. It is very slow. Ordered for pickup/bring to car. Needed to go in and ask about order. It wasn't done. They finally ask someone to make it and it got done well after I received email with receipt. SLOW FOOD!I don't think I'll come to this MvDonalds again. It's getting worse every visit!
