I visited the store with my 3 year old for lunch and playtime. We were unable to visit the play area because there were children who were visibly older than the maximum required age occupying the area. My son and I decided to eat first and see if the area would clear out. While eating we were disturbed by two pre teens that were not eating, using profanity and obscene language. This led me to pack up our food and move to the other end of the restaurant. This was not any better as there were about 5 other pre teens gathered (not eating) standing in the walkway, speaking loudly and using offensive language. My son and I didnt even finish our food before I felt I had to pack up the rest of food and exit the restaurant. Also the kids pace never cleared out. I had to explain to my son who was teary eyed that were could go play that its my job to keep him safe and we could not play because it was not safe. My son enjoys McDonalds especially to be about to go inside and play. This was the worse experience we have had at a location. This location is considered our neighborhood location and because of this I will make sure that we travel a little further for a better experience. Im disappointed because this was my childhood location. I hope they do better in the future managing its disruptive patrons.
Kid-friendliness: I left after 2 attempts to separate myself and my toddler from loud pre teens that were not eating and using profanity and obscene language, blocking walk ways and occupying the kids play area. I don’t recommend for small children to visit this location

This McDonald's is faster than most in the area, but if you have to wait on a order, good luck if they don't forget you. But what I really dislike is being short changed on my 🍟 fries and orange juice. This is the only McDonald's in the area that will give you less for your order of fries (medium and large) and orange juice any . They won't fill it to the rim unless you ask. This is done to save money on the cost. If they can't get away with it enough they would save gallons on juice and pounds on fries. And don't ask for salt packs or a second syrup the employees will give you an attitude quickly. Hey did anyone tell them this Is not your merchandise and you probably don't get bonuses for the short cuts you take.

Whoever is manager on night of oct. 22 around 9pm-10pm is rude and I don't think he can hear or his hearing might be impaired. He had a soft blue collared shirt on with glasses on and a bowl cut lol I'm sure he is a manager. He needs to work on his customer service, remember who pays you're bills bro... young Spanish guy with blue shirt.... be better please in our community stop coming to work thinking you're a god and can treat everybody like u can't Hear them.
