First impression review... Ordered via Uber Eats which was surprisingly lacking. I knew I wanted fried pork chops but it just says pork chops? No food descriptions. I would give this place a 5, but the guy at the front who takes you orders is pretty rude and passive aggressive. The first time I went there and ordered, it’s like he had no manners and didn’t want to be there, then the second time I went, I ordered about 3 things, and he was just rude and just had overall bad energy. The food here is bomb tho, but I got the “Lemon Pepper Honey Drizzle” chicken wings and they were not that good. Barley had any lemon pepper or honey flavor...
It was ok. I ordered the gumbo that was on the menu. The gumbo was lukewarm and slightly salty. But it was decent. I think if the temperature was hotter I would have enjoyed it more.The apple pie was better. It was average to me. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible.The owner also assists as the customer service rep. He is not the nicest guy..from his body language.
