I am not sure why I continue to patronize this place. HORRIBLE, TRASH, UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order for a fish sandwich. They messaged me to tell me it was ready. I gave them AMPLE time to make sure it was ready. A lady escorted me to the area where my online order was, but my food was not there and then just disappeared and continued on with what she was doing. Suddenly my name disappeared. NO FOOD! Their customer service is TRASH!

I been going to netgrill since I was a teenager back in the 90s at their first place in silver spring. They were the best Jamaican style food around. Now they have more of a franchise feel to it and the food is not half as good as I remember. Still good good for a quick cheap meal.

Half of jerk chicken (extra sauce on the side), beef patty, fish sandwich and fries (aoli on the side for my fries dippers). They could add a bit more fries. But, as a foodie...this will be on your top fav restaurants list. I've been to a few Negril..Mitchiville location is on point. Consistent, flavorful, price and portion size all chef kiss!

I ordered the Escoveitch Red Snapper and it was served with cabbage. The Red Snapper was very small with no flavor and the cabbage was so dry, no juice or seasoning. I ordered for my daughter that’s in college at Towson University so I couldn’t take it back because when I got my food, I hit the road. I was so disappointed. I put it where it belong, in the trash. I thought I would get my food when they just opened thinking the food would be awesome because they just opened, but nooooo. Trash, just trashed.
