Ok I picked up a order and then drove home in annapolis, my order was from crofton ok when I got home I'm fixing my food and every little cup of butter I got it was half butter and half sour cream I hate sour cream and I didn't know it was like that at first and I put it all over my bake potato, just great... Ok I called back to the outback and I asked for a manager and I told him about my butters and he hung up on me No wonder outback is closing the doors soon cuz if every customer gets treated like that you should of died before now

Kristen was an awesome waitress!!!! She kept a table of five full on soda the food came out super fast. She makes going to the restaurant so awesome. The food was fresh and really good. The entire staff was really great , the only issue is Brooke the servers assistant was really childish and walking past our table and was being rude giving the evil eye to the table .

Honestly the best service i have experienced in a while. This team is amazing. Every single person we came in contact with was a rock star. Our waitress Kristin was fantastic and beyond accommodating. We spoke with a wonderful manager and I am sad I didn't write down her name. Great job mates!!

Outback Steakhouse in Gambrills,MD off Evergreen Road, is the best out of 4 that i have been too. They are courteous, organized, and the best food. I would hope all managers would take the time to visit ànd see how service should be. They are quick to respond when you drive up for carryout, they have never run out of supplies as some others have done and the food is always on-point. All the staff are amazing and I will be calling the restaurants i have been to and suggest they visit Gambrills Outback and take tips for training their staff. Thank you Gambrills Staff a job well done!

Did a to go order by uber eats. Perfectly seasoned and cooked ribeye! I am impressed especially being a to go order. Thank you chef 😋 simple good quality ingredients cooked correctly my favorite 👌

We had a great time celebrating our father in laws 99th birthday! WW II vet, he was treated royally! From Kenydra the manager at the door it was a great experience! Kenydra also stopped by to let Pop Mac know she’d never met a World War II survivor! Hats off to this great team- server Nate and mgr Kenydra delivered big time! Clearly ran well I say to proprietor Buck Savage!

The food was delicious. I got the Sirloin and Alice Chicken with asparagus and loaded baked potato as sides. The chicken was so juicy I couldn’t believe. Very good.
