I really wanted to love Outback but the chicken was dry and the steak was chewy. The cocktails we ordered were mixed poorly. The atmosphere was okay but the open floor layout was not very inviting. On the other hand, our server was fantastic! Guess it’s back to Texas Roadhouse for us.

From the moment you step into Outback, the young man named Dominic was so kind and helpful. He seated us and gave the menu. Our waiter was Lauren and she was fantastic. She really knew the menu. Service was great! I will return to this location!

The host and the manager is really struggling, on Veterans Day to properly run this location. Veterans Day line out the door at 11:40, lobby is full and yet the entire resturant seating is empty. The host refuses to seat anyone, claiming the reason is only 2 cooks. Yet, offering to allow 15+ people to self seat and order. But, families with kids can't be seated to order. Make it make sense. Very poor planning for one of the busiest dining days of the year.

This was such a great evening, with great service. We had Bruce as a server and he was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and just a great server all around. Front of house were cheerful, held doors open for us and were very polite. Food was delicious, drinks were refilled without asking. Such a different experience than we get lately with the gen zs idea of service. Will definitely be back.
Multiple mistakes with order. Unresponsive server-no drink refills, slow to take order and when it was incorrect took another half hour to prepare so the the rest of party was done eating before I was served. Food was bland and nothing special
