Maria was absolutely horrible to deal with, I was ignored before and well after my pickup time. From such a rude and unwelcoming experience as an online pickup customer, I will not be coming back. Food was okay and some entrees were just completely missing despite waiting 15+ minutes for an order I placed preemptively online.

The Food was delicious! Everything looked hot and fresh upon arrival. Anthony was very polite and helpful with making suggestions about the lemonades. This is hands down the most beautifully plated meal I’ve ever gotten from Panda 🤌🏾Definitely the best Panda Express I’ve ever been to! 😋

Panda's fast food usually never disappoints, and the service was quick and friendly. There was residual trash and crumbs on some of the tables, but there were also a lot of clean tables.

I ordered orange chicken and the sauce was fine but the chicken tasted bad. The Dr.Pepper was out of order without a sign for saying it, and it felt dull and I got sick from it. All the other Panda Express locations do not have the same problem. Never coming back.

Your basic fake Chinese food. Prefabricated and flavored, the food is initially tasty but I noticed it was full of sugars and artificial flavorings.
The last two times I've gone to the Bowie location I haven't been happy with the food. This last time the rice was hard/old, and my beef and broccoli consisted of 5 pieces of broccoli, and two pieces of beef!!! I don't think I'll be going back to this location.

We travel to this area frequently and my children love the food at Panda Express anywhere we go. Although the food and service is always good, I want to especially brag on the service this evening. The restaurant made a mistake on my order that I didn’t realize until I was already back at my hotel room. When I called them, they immediately offered to fix the mistake by delivering the missed item to me and were at my hotel within 10 minutes which was AWESOME! Not only did they deliver the missed item but, an additional meal for my inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this location for the service alone.

The staff was welcoming, the food was good and proportioned well. The restaurant was very clean. The bathroom was clean and heated well. My only complaint, is that while we ate I was very cold. My husband even said it was cold which is rare for him. My husband couldn't stop complimenting the food and the service.
