Have been on the fence with Panera Bread, however, the Bowie location convinced me to NEVER go back. Went there for breakfast on 2/23 around 9:20. When I sipped the Mocha latte I ordered, I said: am I drinking coffee or water. Thrown together egg, sausage and cheese, where’s the cheese. I paid almost $12 for these 2 items. Does your team know how to make a specialty coffee and sandwiches, most importantly, Do they care. I was headed to work so I discovered everything on my way in. UNACCEPTABLE.

I showed up at 8:00 pm and wanted a smoothie when a young lady with Caterpillar eyelashes and long nails refused to take my order. She said they were closing when the posted time says 9:00 pm. Unprofessional service!

I ordered smoothies and they didn't use gloves to make them, and the lady had big fake nails that I imagine have a lot of bacteria.

It's been a long time since I came to Panera bread. I ordered a barbecue chicken sandwich which I thought was pretty safe but when I ate it, there were raw onions spread throughout. There was no indication in the menu that this was the case so it was quite disappointing. I'm sure the server who took our order was nice, but I didn't see it in her face as she was quite robotic.

Loved the Autumn Butternut Squash Soup and Toasted Garden Caprese! It did take a while to prepare, but was good.

Parking: Difficult to find the exact location, not clear on the directory.

Ordered BLT and broccoli and cheddar soup, First BLT had a drop of sauce on did not even cover any of the bread, the sandwich was so dry, needless to say I did not eat it. The soup had 3 pieces of broccoli... total waste of money. Panera has seriously gone downhill, I remember when their sandwiches were made to perfection and made neatly. This location should search for new management and invest in more training for their employees. Total disappointment.

Why is "Bread" in the name of this restaurant? I ordered a tuna salad sandwich. They didn't have pumpernickel, Multigrain, whole wheat, or rye. The choices were white, sourdough and tomato basil. Period.

I also ordered a Chicken Cobb salad. I drove 12 miles home to discover there was no chicken on the Cobb salad.

Panera has changed their menu to appeal to a less afluent clientele. The result is lower quality and quantity across their menu. Additionally, the staff is young and generally not concerned with quality control or the reputation of the Panera brand. I hate that going forward, I can't depend on the staff preparing the order that I paid for.

Took 30 minutes to get my to-go food. I got a cup of soup and half sandwich. Staff was rude and bathrooms filthy

I had the Italiano and chicken soup for lunch, my husband the autumn squash soup. Both were delicious, and service was great .

The establishment did not meet the benchmark set by Panera. The sandwich was of average quality, while the service was of poor quality.
