Food is NEVER ready on time. Always 15-20 minutes after estimated time, whether its busy or empty. The service has been awful almost any time i have come here

Online never ready. Doesn’t matter what you order, doesn’t matter if you give them 5 to 10 minutes of Grace, nothing is ever ready as it should be triple check your order before you walk out the door. Nice people and all one star for that. They recently lost a lot of employees, but even before then it was horrible. Hopefully this new staff will do better. I’ve been coming to this location for two years now this is basically the way it is here. If you can go to the other locations service, cleanliness and attitudes are up to par.

Today, I encountered an issue that was NOT the fault of this store. The manager and associate there graciously accommodated my large order despite some constraints. I sincerely appreciate their customer service efforts. This is why I continue to patronize Panera Bread. Thank you.

I and two other customers stood in line and were ignored for 5 minutes as one worker never looked up from her cell phone, one swept behind the other register, and a third stood on the side of the register, we stood in front of. I had to ask if someone could take my order. It just didn't make sense. The two by the registers knew we were standing there. SMH

Don’t come after 8 my sandwich wasn’t made properly took extremely long and I had to wait for them to take my order . It was 8:10 8:15. They have mops out and packing up everything.
