I ordered a cup of soup, which wasn't full, and a half turkey n cheddar sandwich. Soup was spilled outside the cup which made the bag they put my food in wet. The dude who put my food together had torn gloves on, which I requested he changed his gloves. The dude who made my sandwich, I had to ask him to change his glove because he was wearing the same gloves on since I've entered the store. It clear the people who fixes the food don't care about proper food handling. Someone is going to get sick behind them.

I ordered online for pickup, they didn’t have 2 bagels I requested andWhile the girl at the register and the manager provided good service and gave me other pastries for the bagels, my 2 year old and 10 year old experienced food poisoning. One had a grilled cheese(looked like they microwaved it, the bread was cold and the cheese was stiff) with tomato soup and the other had a broccoli cheddar soup.

Did you know Panera is going to be getting rid of their fresh baked stuff? I didn't until I was chatting with one of the managers. It was bad enough when half of their stuff was microwaved nonsense for a "premium price" but I don't want to spend 6 to 10 dollars for some quick-print baked good when I can go risk getting stabbed at the nearby Walmart for some 3 dollar muffins.

Been spending time at Panera a lot more recently and it's been great. I feel like it's good business and well staffed. People are decent and won't bother you like I've seen other places.I put a 3 star for food because I haven't tried anything to eat in awhile. As a Dew guy...I'm pleased.At this location Eli was at the register and was nice to deal with.Thanks for everything!

My son managed to throw away his brand new retainers today, 12/10/2023. Knowing it would be a longshot, I called the store and talked to Shay. I told her what happened and that we don't live in the area. I asked if there was any way they could hold the trash so we could pick it up and go through it. She asked me to call back and when I did, she told me her manager was going through the trash herself looking for it. I'm not sure they will be found, but the fact that they went above and beyond was just amazing. Thank you Shay and to the manager who dug through the trash, I'm sorry I didn't get your name.... but thank you thank you thank you!

This review is strictly based on Nigel. Terrible customer service, had me standing waiting to take my order for 10 mins while he took a phone call, another manager took over and took my order instead and apologized for the inconvenience, however, then my order too another 15 mins to come in, and we spent 25 mins just getting my food, same day right after, I get into an accident down the road with my vehicle because I had to rush back to work due to the inconvenience of waiting so long for my order. He's also very sarcastic, not a good look. His multi tasking skills are terrible, dont really care about the accident, but the fact that he took a call and ignored me at the register and delayed my food which made me rush back to work really inconvenienced me. So thank you Nigel for your "hard work."

It never fails, when I ask the person to aerate my expresso milk, they either get angry and not do it or they simply don't know what I'm talking about. Panera needs a training plan for this

Don’t work for this location the manager Joanne, she would harass you, Nick pick and racist you don’t want to work what a manager like that nasty attitude on a daily basis! I only been there 4 weeks what a waste of time atmosphere is stressful due to her unprofessional of a manager ?? other than that the food is great!?? don’t step to the side to take a emergency phone call without being harassed to clock out by her whether it’s five minutes or 10 minutes! Just because she’s stressed out on her job as a manager doing multiple positions don’t take it out new hire employees!
