HORRIBLE. Can we give a minus100 stars. 1.5 hours said they delivered. Nope we have camera's. Said be there in 15 minutes right with cold pizza Oh OK. Still didn't show up. It's now 9:39 and my husband is still trying to get the ordered food. The grandchildren and I don't want it. He's still waiting for the food, we're going to pick up food somewhere else. What a joke.

Their pepperoni pizza is the best. There are other good ones too. The best thing about it is that you can order online and just run to pick it up. The other great thing is that they can also deliver it to your house.

Do not order thru call service. Order on line. Pizza was wrong when arrived. Manager sounded annoyed so just hung up. First bite of pizza and there was someone's hair in it. Choose domino's instead.

They take forever to give refunds. They never put the refund in the system when I called customer service TWICE. Customer service is terrible. GM was so rude and I was nothing but nice.

Placed a delivery order through the store’s website. Received an email confirmation with an estimated delivery in 30 minutes. After 1.5 hours, I still had not received the food. Called the store multiple times and no one answered the phone. Then I get an order status update confirming the delivery to my address, but no food was delivered (I even checked with my neighbors!). I finally drove to the store to find a “general manager” with poor manners who offered terrible customer service. I’m still waiting for the refund she said she processed. I understand that systems fail and people make mistakes with orders. But the attitude and poor customer service are truly unacceptable.

Employee appeared annoyed that I got there to pick up food. When I got home I discovered they failed to put sauce and cheese in the middle of one pie. And just cheese on the other. Shows a clear lack of quality control.
Feb 12, 2023:: Order placed at 2:20pm and I set it for pick-up at 6pm. My thinking is, it's Super Bowl Sunday so let me order with plenty of time in advance. However, when I arrived at 6:05pm, my order wasn't ready and when I said, "I ordered almost 4hrs ago how is it not ready? " I get an attitude reply of ," It's Super Bowl Sunday, we're busy!" A couple of other people come in behind me and their order is ready and I asked, " Just curious, how long ago did you place your order? " One said "...about 45mins ago.. " the other said, "... About an hour ago... " After they left the store one of the employees said , " They didn't order an hour ago, it was longer than that. " I thought to myself, " Why would 2 random customers lie with nothing to gain? " However, what I asked was, "So I ordered approaching 4hrs ago, how long ago did they order?! " I got no response and she walked off folding boxes and affixing labels.

Didn't definitely order hot spicy wings but that's what I got. I don't eat spicy foods. Pizza was good. Call GM next day and she had a not pleasant attitude. She replaced them but that order was just par. Used a credit card I barely rarely use to place order. Got a fraud alert the next day....made me wonder.....just saying but hopefully not.

I had to stop going to the one on racetrack rd because they’re slow an sloppy… do I had to take the extra ride to Fairwood.. perfect an whenever you ask for extra cheese it’s Done to perfection the service is fast an it’s always clean no complaints for me I will definitely ? be back ?

They had a promo code valid only for yesterday, I showed them the text message that came from Papa John’s cause the code wasn’t working! The staff was very rude. They said, that they could not do anything about it cause it was an online offer. It should a help desk line to handle those issues. It was an online coupon from them but for my local market.
