Customer service, food quality, accuracy of order all beyond deplorable from this location. I spoke to the manager Alicia I believe about not receiving my order 12/4/2025 and she yelled, screamed, cursed, and hung up the phone on me. Please save yourself the headache and go to pizza hut or dominos down the street. Will not ever be returning to this company. Also this has been continues for years now from this location. Change the District, Regional and General Manager to be honest.

Came in and the little girl with the tattoo on her neck refused to come to the counter to take an order when someone came to pick up an order she rolled her eyes and said I’m not taking no mor orders today try somewhere else and laughed and walked off the others in there were complaining that they had to come in and still waiting for orders a hr later
WONT BE BACK WASTE OF TIME RUDE ALWAYS DELAYED AND KIDS THAT ARENT MONITORED R RUNNING IT MAKING THE FOOD BELOW QUALITY

The cashier was clueless on how to accept payment with gift cards. He had to go ask for help twice, then finally the manager had to come do it.

This location has the WORST pizza in the Papa John’s chain. I’m not sure how this pizza made it pass quality control but it’s the second time that my order was rendered with pizza that were smaller than they are supposed to be as well as the crust being ill shaped. I don’t even have the bandwidth to take the pizza back so I’ll reach out to corporate tomorrow to file a complaint. Just disgusting.

Will mess up your order and only offer you a nasty attitude! No compensation for items ordered and not received. After speaking to the manager I wouldn’t want anyone there cooking my food. For years they have had a bad reputation and now I see why. Never again!

They use DoorDash. Order got delivered to wrong address which claimed and kept the order. ReOrdered, establishment sent order with In-House driver and never received it.

I’ve ordered twice from this location (online - delivery) and have not had any issues. I prefer papa John’s over other pizza chain joints like Pizza Hut. Pizza came as estimated on the app, and upon delivery the food was nice and warm, and tasted great. I ordered a pizza, jalapeño papa bites, and wings. Driver was nice.

Horrible. They got my order wrong, and when I try to call the store I can't reach anyone. You go through the recorded options, press a number to speak to someone at the store, then it rings for almost 3 minutes straight and then DISCONNECTS. Don't order from here, it's not worth your time or money.

I ordered the pizza online at approx 6 PM. I received a confirmation email at 615 PM. The pizza tracker showed the order route at approx 7 PM. I waited till 745 PM and called the store. pressed the option for the manager and was answered b a woman who was highly upset from probably too many complaints. She was very loud and rude. Told me my order was on the way. I asked if she was sure about that, because if the order was not, I was going to cancel it. her voice got louder and I told her she didn’t need to yell at me. She continued telling me about the store problems. I asked her for her name and she stated she would not give me her name and hung up the phone. I worked 45 years in a customer service industry and that was not the way to retain customers. anyways it took an 1 hour and 50 minutes to receive the cold pizza and Papadillas.

HORRIBLE. Can we give a minus100 stars. 1.5 hours said they delivered. Nope we have camera's. Said be there in 15 minutes right with cold pizza Oh OK. Still didn't show up. It's now 9:39 and my husband is still trying to get the ordered food. The grandchildren and I don't want it. He's still waiting for the food, we're going to pick up food somewhere else. What a joke.
