The shrimp pho lacked flavor and they water down their sauces. Not worth the money. They've really gone down hill.

Tried to order and was given a price of $20.00 more than prices given. I ordered 4 items. The price was given with each item. I wrote each item down with price and repeated the item and price. I was told yes that is the price. With no menu on line it is hard to check. However I wrote it down. The person on the phone said the total was $20.00 more than the prices she quoited. I said no that is not the prices you quoited. I said for me to pick up? she said yes. For Pad Tia, Spring rolls. and soup. $57.00. My total was $37.00 for pick up!!!???? Keep it!

I would only recommend the location in Waldorf Md. This is my FIRST AND LAST visit at this establishment. Ordered the pho they use canned mushrooms and had a USED lemon on the side with the suppose to be fresh garnishment. Displease with the service. TRY THE OTHER LOCATION I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM! And they use fresh ingredients!

Pretty disappointed with this place. I used to love the food, the prices and the staff but they must be under new management or something. The food is still good but...I ordered about $115+ worth of food to go and when I went to go pay a gratuity screen popped up on the iPad. I don't mind tipping at all but the smallest amount allowed was 20% which was about $25+, with no option to skip or choose a smaller amount. It felt very forced and I felt it would be rude to make a fuss. I really don't want to blame the host staff and make their day harder. My bill came put to be about $147ish...I did not sit down for dinner and I did not have a server and I don't think tipping this much for takeout is right. Idk it just felt sketchy to me.About the food:The spring rolls seem lazy. They cut them like long sushi and there are no ends to keep everything together. The peanut dip is really really watery too.The soup was good but the beef and chicken had the same broth, which is normal for this place but I feel it's relevant to include for anyone reading. However, they did make their veggie pouches WAY SMALLER! I love the bean sprouts and they practically gave me nothing. They also skipped out on 2 veggie packs so my family was pretty disappointed that we all had to go with less than half of the portions we would usually get. Also they no longer provide the small plastic containers with half housing, half Sriracha, in favor of small ketchup packets of each which my mother in particular was really disappointed about. Side note: they gave us lemons instead of limes and did not provide utensils or napkins. All in all I'm pretty sad. I have a family of 6 who get pho from this place at least once a month but I think we might have to find a different place. Especially because of the forced 20% gratuity on takeout.

I always order takeout and have several issues with establishment for years..HERES A LIST: 1. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE- If you order extra cilantro/ sauces etc. its either never in there, or they will tell you it's in the bag, and by the time you get home realize they lied ( happened over 5 times ) and they charge you for it !! 2.REFER TO THE PICTURE BELOW : This was the Egg rolls I ordered. Why couldn't you just remake one that looks more presentable? Absolutely NO EFFORT. Though it was tasty I rate 5/10 3. Sometimes I like an extra broth and noodles for another meal later on... They told me I was not able to buy a noodle, and broth... ( as priced on their menu) they told me I had order an entire basic pho meal( potentially charging me $10 extra instead of maybe $3)... the man then explained there was a shortage on broth... so yea that makes sense to charge me extra for YOUR supply shortage.. 4. THEY DECREASED YOUR PORTION SIZE. Take out pho container is now about 16.fl oz All around their pho is cool... if they don't skimp you on the meat. The customer service is terrible and inconsistent. Hopefully with new management things with change.. but for now . I'm going to PHO 5 UP in CROFTON.

This place is delightful! Great experience. Pleasant service. I needed to relax and unwind for a late lunch around 2:30p and decided to come in here. Best choice to come in and dine. I have ordered the buttered garlic wings by delivery and they were Always Delicious. Came in today and ordered the buttered garlic wings (ate some before I took my pics ?) Got chicken pho soup with mushrooms, broccoli, bean sprouts, onions, added a boiled egg, jalapenos, lime, basil leaves....also ordered separate chicken skewers and added some of my chicken skewer meat (because I like to add the savory chicken to my pho). Vietnamese coffee was on point. Great flavor, well made. I like great dining experiences. ☺️

As the new management greeted us the first thing he did was boast about how they bought the store out from the previous owners, how their food is way better and let me say… they were wrong. (They should’ve tried the previous owners food first) It was no where near as good, will have to find a new spot to go to regularly.

This is the second time I've ordered from Pho D'Lite through Uber eats. I'm not feeling well so I wanted some pho. I used to live in Annandale so my expectation of pho is high. The food is always packaged well but my broth has so oil and grease it's so horrible!!!! Please do better

I don't know what's happened to this place. I used to go periodically and decided to drop in for dinner as I had time to kill after going to MOMs market. It's a family joint and I like to support. The food was extremely bland and uninteresting. The young woman who was at the register was the most lackluster, non communicative person that I've encountered in a restaurant in years. Getting the check was a journey through the silent treatment. I had no clue what was going on but she definitely needs to NOT be the first thing customers encounter. I'm never going back

They have renovated the restaurant and improved service. The Pho is still good.

We decided to give this place a try again for lunch during the week. The interior is much brighter than before. I tried the bun bowl with grilled pork and spring roll. The nuac mam sauce was perfect and plentiful this time. The pork is very lean, no fat, so it was a little dry, the sauce took care of that. My partner had the P4 Pho Creation (Create Your Own Bowl), he chose well done flank and eye round. While very flavorful the bowl was too large for him to finish. Our server was courteous brought our food out the second it was ready.
