Today is November 20, 2025. I placed an ordered through the app at 7:21pm. I watched the tracker and followed my pizza through the process. At 7:30pm my pizza was in quality check. At 8pm it’s still in quality check. I called the store and the representative stated the driver has my order and is on the way. Hung up. How do you know what my order is? At 8:33pm I called again to check on the status. The representative states that they just made my order and it’s on its way. I said it better not be cold or I will file a complaint. I believe the representatives name is Manpret states that he’s going to cancel my order since I’m going to ask for my money back anyway. I said you better not. I will file a complaint. He then says he will block my dominos account so I can’t ever order from dominos again. Then hung up on me.
I got in my car and drove to the store to see who was threatening me and to make sure they refunded my money. The one talking big over the phone was hiding in the back when I asked to speak to a manager and told another guy to assist me. I said that your customer service is terrible. I wanted a printed receipt that showed my refund. Ended up leaving and going to America’s Beat Wings. They appreciate my money. I will never come back to this dominos or any other dominos again. If this is how you treat the people that help your business I’m not for it.

The pizza was just okay. I can't really say more than that. There was only one person working. I think he was making the pizza and taking/giving out orders. That could have been part of the problem.

The Pizza Hut pan is not thick like it used to be and is not as expected, yet they charge more for Pan crust. The flavor is bland.

Ordered here last month and they gave me a pan crust instead of stuffed crust. Called for a partial refund and never got it. Now today they forgot most of my sauces; thankfully the young lady I spoke to had another new driver drop it off. She was so kind and deserves a raise. Unfortunately, I say thankfully I got a new driver because I checked my phone after a while and the original delivery guy called and texted me asking if I was single. Very unprofessional. Do your job and go about your day.

A child playing on a pizza app can follow better instructions than this staff when it comes to making pizzas. Ordered pick up, I live 8 min away, pizza cold. Wanted just pepperoni and sausage, got those plus onions and banana peppers. OH I also paid extra for it to be a pan pizza...that was wrong too. Just go somewhere else lol
