We are not telling the truth about this location. The customer service is horrible. The fact that your employees were OK with completing an order like this lets me know what type of business you are running. Instead of trying to offer a free pizza. Train your staff properly to service paying customers accordingly.

Everytime i come here its always a problem . I ordered online and there isn’t a note section to add to my order. I called them asking to get the sauce for my wings on the side the sauce it comes on the side. A lady answered the phone and I explained what I want and she says it will be 1.05 , why am I getting charged for requesting the sauce that is coming on the wings to be on the side ?
Make it make sense .
Then the lady keeps saying you want it on the side so its 1.05 ? Is it for inconvenience or what ? Because i dont understand just box my wings up (dry) and put my sauce on the side ????
WHATS THE PROBLEM .
I WONT BE COMING BACK TO THIS BRANCH. THE SAME LADY GIVES ME CRAP !

Pizza was not ready, and it took about 15 minutes for them to start and cook it Wrong crust and very dry. No flavor About as tasty as cardboard
Price on app was $12, but the app magically charged me $15 Was told I would have to call customer support to get this fixed
I tried but could not even choke this down What a huge disappointment

The new manager is absolutely phenomenal. I have never ever had a good experience at Pizza Hut but this by far is the best one that I’ve been to. She really made a huge difference.

This is the most ghetto Pizza Hut I have ever experienced. The young lady who took the order over the phone repeated an order that wasn’t mine three times; even after being corrected each time. We finally get the order correct, only to get home and the pizza was undercooked. The pizza was room temperature (we only live 5 mins away from the restaurant). The toppings were falling off the pizza and the cheese was melted a little more than in its original form and the crust was as thin as crackers; despite ordering a pan pizza. I called the manager and she tried to argue with me about what I ordered. She then told me to bring the pizza back and they will remake it. No thanks. I will never visit this location again. My children were very disappointed and dinner was ruined. Thank God Chick fil A come to the rescue. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money on this trifling location.

Don’t order here if you want to be racially discriminated!! They are racist here. Upon receiving my carryout order the manager ROSE said something in Chinese to me. I’m Asian but I’m not Chinese. She said with a smirk the way that people they say things in Chinese to make it seem like all Asians are Chinese. I reported to corporate as well.
