½ chicken was over cooked other half was cold and could not eat . We called the store over 20 times for 3 days with no answer or they pick up and hang up . I have the food in my freezer and will return it soon . The restaurant in Bowie is the place to go not Crofton.

Extremely slow. Yesterday, they said we're out of all mild chicken. Not the first time.,they ran out of something. This group in the evening have no zest or fire to get people in and out. They seem like they don't want to work there.Sad. Parking is horrible in the evening. To many good places in small lot.

I usually don't have issues coming here, maybe lil one, but when I got outside to get ur charger at 9 05 and ypy still got ur gloves, one going back in to work and grab chicken is crazy so anyone ypy see with dirty dreads and one long hair on his chin don't get food or ask someone else to get cause he don't wash his hands

If I could give it a zero I would I waited for 45 minutes for 12 boneless wings and a drink. That is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS there is no reason anyone should have to wait for 45 minutes. There was like 15 workers there and only 1 of them was actually working this place needs some serious help

Shanieka was sooooo rude I have never encountered someone so nasty and so rude! Not only to costumers but to her staff! Who disrespects and belittles their staff in front of customers ? Young children just trying to make a honest wage! Catching nasty attitudes with the guest ! Truly disgusting and disturbing! Today is the last time I order from this Popeyes the food was soggy! Sides cold! The cashier was pleasant ! But watching Shanieka bully her was disgusting.
really poor service. been there twice. nice girl took my order. I said to her she did a great job but I suggest she smile. She told me "I'm tired." 2nd time I went, same girl. Took my order and handed me the bag. I said "thank you." She turned and walked away. when staff cant even say thank you, service sucks.

This location is the ABSOLUTEL WORST. Attitude from both managers and workers. These young kids are lazy and rude. They're mad me for fussing with them because I've been waiting for my order for 30 minutes. Hate coming here. Now I have to go out the area to a better location. Get it together Popeyes. This location can be hit or miss. Some years ago there was a metal wire in my chicken breast & no one from the store contacted me when I told them & showed them. Fast forward to last week, I ordered on the Popeyes app & it doesn’t allow you to select which pieces you prefer whether white or dark. I call the store to make my request, & this sassy little boy said to me “you couldn’t have done that on the app?” I said no, that’s why I’m calling, & Mr. Ma’am hung up on me. I wanted to cancel my order so bad, but couldn’t get in touch with customer service because now I feel you’re about to play with me & disrespect my food. Hospitality & courtesy will take you a long way.
