I placed an online order at 10:30am for a 1pm delivery. At 1pm, I called the store to make sure that the food was on the way and was told that Doordash had not assigned a driver yet. While I was on the phone, I was told a driver was assigned and that the food would be picked up in 10 minutes. I called back at 1:35pm and was told by a different associate that the order still had not been assigned. It was explained that they have a new system where they are no longer doing their own deliveries and send their orders to Doordash. I understand that and recognize that the employees in the store are just doing their job. They were very polite and apologetic, but at the end of the day, the system failed, I did not get my order and was eventually told that the system said my order was cancelled. A very frustrating experience overall.

My Chicken Salad Sandwich tasted like it was mixed with tuna it was extremely bad and this was my first visting. The colleagues needs to be more welcoming.

Order a $21 tuna sandwich through the Potbelly app for delivery . I changed the sandwich size and it changed All of the selections without alerting me.So I received a sandwich with nothing on it. I called the manager and he was not accommodating. He told me that is how the app is. Well Potbelly needs to do better.I have been a customer for years and I will no longer eat from a place that does not value their customers .

This is a good Potbelly location. The manager is proactive about checking in with her customers to be sure everything is right with the location. It's always clean and looks good. Great lunch spot!

Came in and waited a few minutes for the employees to finish their conversation before they took my order. They ended up getting it wrong and when I stated so they argued with me. Not a great experience.

"Our company placed an order for lunch to be delivered by 11:45 AM for a workshop we were hosting. When the food didn’t arrive on time, I called the store. A manager informed me that they were about to call me to let me know that they had a large order of 209 sandwiches, which would delay my order of 40 sandwiches. I asked why no one had reached out sooner, and the manager replied, 'I was about to call you.' By this time, it was noon, and our participants were on lunch break without food.

The order eventually arrived at 12:30 PM. Upon arrival, the first thing the manager said was, 'I told y’all not to order from our store because it’s over 30 minutes to deliver your order!' I explained that this was not an appropriate response, especially as I am the customer and they accepted my order. If they were unable to fulfill it, they should have rejected it upfront. Her response was rude and dismissive, simply saying, 'Well, now you have your order.' I then asked for the store manager’s contact information, but she refused, stating, 'We don’t give out personal information.' I clarified that I didn’t need personal details, just the store manager’s name and number. She responded, 'Call the general manager on Monday!' before handing over the food in the parking lot and leaving.

This was an incredibly unprofessional experience. If your store cannot handle certain orders or distances, that should be addressed in the system—not with rude comments to customers. We won’t be ordering from this location again, and we’ll inform our partners to do the same.

All we needed was an apology for the delay and an effort to make things right—not an argument in the parking lot."

Ordered 2 sandwiches today from Uber Eats. I’m wondering if the employees are wearing hair nets & gloves. Well while eating low & behold look down & there was a piece of hair in my sandwich. I was so disgusted I threw it away. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location.

People behind the counter at the start of the line and topping request area could be more inviting. I went there two different days and interacted with 4 different people. Same unwelcomeness both times. Assuming the manager or owner asked me how my meal was both times, the rest of the crew should take notes on how they could be more inclusive to customers from her. Clean restaurant, beautiful inside.
