People behind the counter at the start of the line and topping request area could be more inviting. I went there two different days and interacted with 4 different people. Same unwelcomeness both times. Assuming the manager or owner asked me how my meal was both times, the rest of the crew should take notes on how they could be more inclusive to customers from her. Clean restaurant, beautiful inside.

I been eating from this potbelly since I moved to Bowie for about 3 years . The food is always fresh and the place is clean . I alway order the turkey on white with bacon and all the toppings and broccoli cheddar soup . If I’m feeling extra good I get a strawberry milkshake with the cookie on top . This place is so good as a franchise in whole .

Order three sandwiches for dinners on Jan 5, 2023. Two A wreck and one Italian. All the sandwiches were perfectly made despite different toppings on the sandwiches. I will definitely be back and try their underground menu.

I visited this restaurant after a friend referred to me, and I must say, The sandwich shop is probably pretty generic. I mean, the mayo could be really good, but the ingredients is probably something you'd find in any other. You'd probably be better off with subway or something. I think the decor is definitely vibrant, and the service is pretty common too. I like this place, however, I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it to every one of my friends.

Never had any issues at this location, would go for lunch and get my sandwich made, it always came out good. All sandwiches are pretty good and the customer service was fine. They have a good amount of indoor seating and sometimes people playing instruments in there.

I enjoy pot belly sandwich shop but this place isn’t consistent with their customer service. I can’t count how many time they’ve made my sandwich wrong when I order online. So I stopped ordering on line. I went today and the young lady that was making my sandwich didn’t have a hair net on and her hair was all over the place. Nobody wants hair in their food. I’m done with this location. I’ll stick to the better locations like Annapolis

food was great but on august 23, 2023 lady with flowered dress was very rude as soon as you walk trew the bag of bread almost on my face while i was on the line looking at my sandwich , cashier with glasses was also very rude . please consider nice people when hiring we as a cuatomer do not come with the intention no offend or make someones bad day

Potbelly, the company, is the most inconsistent service and food quality. One day it's an amazing sandwich, the next day they give you 1 and 1/2 slices of Salami on your Italian with some vegetables smashed into the middle of the sandwich. I'm so done with the inconsistency of this company.

I visited this location for the very first time today. The two elderly ladies working behind the counter were extremely unprofessional and rude. The younger staff members (2 men and a women), who were very helpful, even seemed embarrassed by the ladies’ behavior. If customer service is not your thing, please seek a different profession.Parking: Not many parking options.
