I had dinner at this Red Robin in Frederick, MD, on Tuesday, 07 January 2025.
No complaints about the food. I ordered the teriyaki chicken sandwich. Delicious. However, its contents were very slippery and difficult to stay inside the bun. I requested a fork (which was not given to me when the sandwich and French fries arrived).
The real reason for this negative review is the cold and callous introduction I received from the General Manager Gregory. When I entered the restaurant, I was pleasantly greeted by a female staff member named Rem, and requested a table for one. When she told Gregory, he behaved as if he did not believe her --- even after she repeated it three times! Gregory acted as if I was invisible and not clearly standing in front of him. His excuse was that he believed I was with the man and two children at the arcade game nearby --- despite the fact that I was standing in front of the doors and facing Gregory. I verbally scolded Gregory for not acknowledging me. I am NOT invisible!
Gregory needs to be seriously re-trained from scratch or seriously replaced with a more-experienced and courteous General Manager.

Disappointing … order was cheese burger and steak fries. Service was fantastic BUT Kitchen lacking to the standard that you expect at Red Robin. Fries were cold - small portions and generally burger below average. All simple fixes.
Always good if you want a burger. Went for my birthday free burger. Thx

Our waiter, Eric, is a rare gem in this local Frederick chain restaurant. He actually knew how to serve a meal with grace and honor. However, the restaurant itself is in need of repair, paint, and a lot of elbow grease to clean it up. From the front door to the restrooms. The tables were filthy. The kiosk was so greasy I didn't want to touch it. The manager, who usually makes it a point to stop by every table, didn't make the rounds during my visit this time.
Dietary restrictions: If you need a gluten-free option to the bun, ask for your sandwich to be lettuce wrapped.
Wheelchair accessibility: Front door is extremely heavy. Inside door is also. No handicapped power button to open either of the two entrance doors.

Extremely slow service which was shocking since there was maybe a handful of people in the place. The server seemed like he wasn't sure of anything and didn't come back for any reason unless you stopped him while he was walking by. Also I was surprised they couldn't make the egg on the red robin burger over medium, only over easy or over hard according to the server. Weird but okay I guess. And no ice cream for milkshakes for the kids. Now I know why I haven't returned to eat here in a few years.

Mangers checked twice with us on if everything was good and if we needed anything! Food was above average for this type of chain. Nice job Red Robin!

The fries were cold. Everything was lack luster. The tiny burger was not worth $16. Also, two of us ordered medium burgers and both got well done. They were out of the beer listed on their menu. I'm not going to even start on the margarita. I will never go there again.
