This is a terrible restaurant their service is awful DO NOT COME HERE!!! Other Red Robin's are much better! We waited at least 2 hours for our food.

Sat there with my family for 20 minutes and no one came to take our order or even greet us. Table next to use was seated 15 minutes after us and were helped immediately. We literally got up and walked out. Horrible customer service, will not be coming back.

The food was good, honestly though, not a place I would run back to. Red Robin is a shadow of its former self.The menu is extensive and drinks are well crafted. The one shining spot is the staff, they are fast, very friendly and efficient.

My son-in-law ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich and fries and received a sandwich with salmon cheese and a fried egg with a salad. It was not the fault of the delivery service, because the right sticker was on the food container, it just wasn't the right food.This was at least the fourth time we have gotten the wrong or screwed up orders from this store that was clearly the store's fault. We will not be ordering from here again!
