Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

It was a while ago when we visited on a road trip but I still remember that Mya was really awesome and the food was pretty good too!

Our server Diamond was amazing. She checked on us just enough, kept our drinks filled, and made sure eberything was alright.
Both our appetizers and food came out quickly and everything was nice and fresh.

The restaurant stink and the pictures by our table had food handprints all over them. I really dont like chain restaurants, but hey my son wanted to go. Food was mediocre. Came out fast and hot.

I've been here several times. I've eaten in this restaurant and have gotten carryout as well. If you want a good tasting cheeseburger this is the place! The food in general is excellent! The milkshakes are great also! The service and staff are topnotch! A great family place! Highly recommended this place!

The burgers are ok. Nothing to write home about. It takes them 45 minutes to make a burger, no seasoning on burger.

Time 7:01am Saturday morning and great morning I'm thinking I'm going to get chicken and potato wedges but look at this? Sad that Overnight Cooks Food & Presentation should be Looking good smelling good presentation should be consistent when Ms Doris Ms Juana Ms Aquila Ms Takia☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ I mean when 4 of them Cook I can Eat with my eyes closed☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ Why is there so much Loitering? The gourmet burger was delicious. They gave us complimentary fries because it was our first time visiting Red Robin. The service was great. Food and drinks came out quickly. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Will never return to this location. The manager Claudia has no clue what she’s doing and has no/poor customer service skills. We could not believe the attitude towards us asking a simple question while attempting to place a takeout order. My family drove to another location after seeing her poor attitude, and cluelessness… and will continue to not patronize this location as long as she’s managing it.

Had dinner here as a family and we arrived an hr before closing so seating was immediate and space was clean.

Pros: Everything we ordered tasted great and delicious. Bottomless drinks and select sides is always a win for a family outing. Food came out in decent time.

Cons: The hospitality provided by our server was mediocre. He could have been more efficient and sharp with taking our order. We all ordered water with no ice. He came back with 4 cups of water with ice. I reminded him we requested for NO ice to which he suggested that we still take the ice filled water while he go gets “room temperature” water. I repeated again that none of us on the table wanted ice in our water before he finally got the memo. It took him another 5 minutes for him to return with the right order of water.

Overall, I will come back to dine here and hopefully there will be better service from all the staff.

Parking: Restaurant is located in a shopping center so ample parking is available including 8 handicap spots.

Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of parking spots for wheelchair available in front of the restaurant along with wheelchair ramp.

I have been to this location several occasions, today the management level of service was unsatisfactory, and it was complimented by a horrible experience by the server. If I must be honest, everything was precipitated by the manager on duty. She lied when I found a level of disappointment, and she said she had been at my table to check on satisfaction. Coming from a customer background of 30 years, she is a liar. There are some occurrences that transpired during the visit, however, being truthful is really the best policy. Extemely disappointed!!!
