Down to earth home cooking. Something on the menu for everyone. Staff was courteous and attentive. Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

I had the cream of crab soup - not impressive but also not terrible. Also had the chicken cobb salad - it was good.

Would love their brunch to be reinstated. That's what we loved and them famous for (long lines outside) but stopped coming when they discontinued it.

One of the best steak fries I've ever eaten. The service is impeccable. One of my favorite restaurants.

We arrived for dinner an hour before closing. The manager immediately told us that they were closing in an hour, as if to forewarn us. The food was bland, and the ribs were tough. The crab soup tasted like it had been scraped from the botton of the pot and tasted more like a very thick chowder or paste. We were really disappointed. Especially after hearing better reviews from family members. My family admitted that they patronized Rips for breakfast and lunch, but never for dinner. We should have heeded the manager's warning and ate dinner somewhere else.

Food was good but I found the seasoning to be lacking. Also I got the holiday sauce and i personally found it very tangy which wasn't my favorite.

Best place to get a deli sandwich in Maryland. No question. We must cherish the women who work in this deli and appreciate what they do, because they make the best sandwiches! They deserve raises. Also, solid spot if you’re a drinker, huge variety. Purchases today are the “big shot” some red hot chips, & some Smith & Cross for the weekend! Oh yeah!

Great service, I ordered the seafood platter everything was great but the crab cake, save your money because it's not the real deal.

The fried green tomato topped with goat cheese and jalapeno alioli what is absolutely phenomenal, cost $11. I'd drive 30 min just to get them. The cream of crab soup was ok, mine came out warm not steaming, bowl $12, too thick for my taste, with the crab meat on the top. I prefer more sherry and Old Bay.
