I hate leaving establishments with a bad taste in my mouth and empty stomach. Veiwers this is the first time in history that this has ever happened to me.
I came to this hibachi place and the cook was not engaged nor did he attempt to make the patrons feel welcome, or stomach wowed the patrons with his cooking skills. They didn't have a bartender and it was happy hour time. I asked for steak and shrimp and the cook only gave me like 3 shrimp and that included my appetizer. I had to ask for veggies. Got very little . When I spoke to the person in charge she stated something about you getting 6 shrimp and thats it. So I asked to not be charged for the shrimp and she stated inorder to take it off she had to dig thru my plate and take the shrimp out. I left that whole plate right there. I will never eat in that establishment again. If bad customer service was a person, that place would be it... I felt totally dissatisfied, embarrassed and hungry. I wanted hibachi so i went there with my family. The waiter was supposedly training but there was no trainer with him. He messed up our order and while someone else had to grab the food we wanted since the chef was already cooking it caused part of our food to get burned. Then our steak taste as if it was old meat as if it expired and they served it to us just to not waste the food. No one came back to check on us or ask if we wanted refills and it was hard finding someone just to get the bill. NEVER AGAIN!

Veggie hibachi is on point every time.(Gotta get the fried rice) Quan service was excellent and it was very busy. Will be back soon. Great job staff
Vegetarian options: Vegetable hibachi with fried rice (boom boom sauce and sarachi hot sauce). Runs about 21 dollars. Thank me later

Sakura's is not like it used to be. When you walk in the doors it has a smell and the table we sat at was sticky. Even the menu was sticky. The guy cooking our food was very unfriendly. No hospitality at all! I told him that I wanted my steak medium rare and he overcooked it as well as the shrimp. They not only screwed up the order for my girlfriend but they also screwed up her takeout order. I'm surprised this place has four stars bc it wasn't four stars to me.

This was my first time at this location, but I’ve been to all their other locations, love them, and have never had an issue. I requested to only have broccoli as my vegetable and they told me that would be extra because it takes the chef more time! It is absolutely ridiculous that they are charging people extra money to not have the extra vegetables that are included which are onions, mushrooms, & zucchini. I was not asking for extra broccoli, I just only wanted broccoli. They do not do this at any of their other locations except this one. When I asked the manager for a business card to contact corporate, the manager told me to go online! I will never be returning to this Sakura again! So unprofessional & money hungry.Although I had this unpleasant experience, my server was a sweetheart!
