Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa - Bowie

I had a bad experience today. Guy in front of me in line was all up on the counter touching everything. When my food was brought up to the front this guy was still putting his hands all over the counter. Eventually he touched my food tray. I'm so disappointed that the cashier let him get so close to my food. I'm mad at myself for not asking for a whole new chicken but I felt bad wasting the food at the time. Why would you let someone get so close to paying customers food. My receipt says Cristina Noe but I'm not sure if she was my cashier.

If you’re reading this review and on the fence about whether you should stop by this place, you absolutely should! The atmosphere is inviting. The service is impeccable and the staff is friendly. And to top it all off the food is delicious. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. This is a go to when I want a flavorful filling meal.

They made my prepaid order so easy to pick up. Pleasant experience and easy going people at the register. I went sometime last week. Probably my favorite location in comparison to others where my food has been really salty. Seems like whoever is the cook & manager here truly values their customers.

I love this location, recently visited the Capitol Hgts location and was disappointed in the service. After visiting the Bowie location, Capitol Heights location is like a distance memory. The service impeccable and the food has never failed me. The serving line is not over crowded where you can’t view the sides. While waiting for my lamb chops, the atmosphere is very relaxing listening to the cool melodies bursting thru their surround system and their workflow is impressive. It kills me that I have to bypass my community Sardi’s just to receive excellent service. If they had 6 stars, they deserved it. Keep up the good work and I will continue to keep coming.

Me and my friends were welcomed and given menus on the spot when we didn’t know what to get. Then being guided we ordered and the food came out within minutes being hot and flavorful. I had a power bowl(steak) the steak itself very tender and tasty, the black beans were seasoned to perfection given the white rice which had no flavor as a vessel for the flavor ridden black beans, the corn there for extra juices revitalizing my tongue with each bite, and finally the acidic pico de gallo with crisp white onions, juicy tomatoes, lime juice, and salted to perfection, completing the bowl. The atmosphere was amazing being greeted after finishing our food making sure we were good and allowing me and my friends to be a little bit rambunctious lol.
