Great location, I've been told the food was good for years and this was my first experience. I was not disappointed! Definitely recommended!

Visited yesterday while on lunch break. We went through drive through. Once we got to window, one car was ahead and we waited 10-15mins. While waiting, an employee came out with tablet and started taking orders. It appeared that she only took one person order because that car was the only one that had his mea walked out to him while others still waited another 5mins or so. Irritable experience.

To make it worse, once we got back to the office, the food wasn’t near hot (work 7mins away on Ardwick Ardmore) and the meal I ordered wasn’t correct. So disappointing. I ordered a chicken club sandwich and I received a chicken sandwich with nothing but a slice of cheese 😠 that isn’t even an option on the menu smh. I will never return.

The chicken cheese sandwich 😒 was good with sauce added but for all the disappointment especially for the price paid, I’d just go across the street to Chic Fil A for a better experience.

I just left the location listed above. Spoke to the manager Giselle. I was not given any sauce for my order. And I paid for extra sauce. Also the manager did not solve or rectify the problem. Instead offer me 10% on the next order. How is 10% helping me on a future order when the order I have I can not eat. So what about the order that I purchased currently. This was my second time at the location. And I am not satisfied at all. Slims chicken needs to get a manager that can resolve and handle problems accordingly and accurately. Not create more problems. Not happy at all.

Ordered Fried Pickles. Salty, very Salty. So salty that I could not eat them. French Fries were cold, like they were premade.

The Chicken, Tea and Toast were great. Didn’t care for the house sauce, but the honey mustard was great.

Order was to stay. Got a tray for my chicken meal and a to go bag for my pickles.

Service and Staff were great.

I would definitely give them another shot. Just ask for fresh fries. I’m not sure about the pickles. I love pickles. But it was like a complete container of salt was dumped on them.

I drive almost 30 minutes to visit this location. The food is always fresh and customer service is great.

I tried Slim Chickens and went with the grilled chicken tenders — they’re a solid option and actually pretty tasty. The fries were yummy, and the lemonade was hands down the best part of the meal. Service was decent and the atmosphere was okay, nothing over the top but it got the job done. Overall, a 3-star experience — not bad, but not amazing either.

Sometimes the wings are tough as of they have been under a heating lamp to long. Most of the time the fries are not hot. I return for the chic ken sandwiches, chicken and waffle and salads.

Make sure you get the strawberry cheesecake and the mason jar. The pickle brining makes the sandwich, and don't forget the Buffalo chicken sauce.

Food was expensive but really no better than a fast food place. $14 for a meal really not worth it honesty. Don't get me wrong the food wasn't bad but you could just go to Wendy's or something and the food would probably be a little better.

Found a hair in my wrap, I can probably never eat here again and it’s sad because I really liked the fried mushrooms :(
