I just love this location they are very friendly, fast, and great to talk with, I typically go in 2-3 times a week. Keep up the great work!

Horrible customer service. I was at the counter for a long time and it took them awhile to greet me and take my order. My smoothie was made incorrectly as well. Almost a watery smoothie. Horrible experience!

I had a disappointing experience at this Smoothie King location tonight. My group and I went in around 8 PM on a Tuesday, even though the store closes at 9 PM. The two employees working took quite a while to acknowledge us and take our order, and when we were being helped, the employee was speaking to us with her back turned, which came across as unprofessional.
While we were there, the employees were also talking about possibly closing early because of employee hours, even though it was still well before the posted closing time. At one point one worker went to the back and left the other alone while customers were still waiting.
Another issue was that after taking our order, the employee took the order of two customers who came in after us and made their drinks first before even starting ours, even though we had ordered smaller drinks.
When we finally received our drinks, one of them was made very poorly — it was very thin and tasted watered down compared to the usual quality you expect from Smoothie King. Overall the service and product quality were disappointing. Hopefully management can address the professionalism and quality control at this location.

Ordered hearty 8 grain loaded peanut butter toast, based on the photo advertised. Even if it wasn’t laid out the same way, it seems like FRESH strawberries and blueberries are used to make the toast…NOT the frozen ones used for the smoothies. Advertisement vs reality, soggy wet frozen strawberries and mini blueberries on not even toasted bread

The staff need to where gloves, when making the smoothies and food etc; The service is bad when they don’t do hand hygiene before and after every service nor do they put on gloves.

Ordered a smoothie one morning for pick up only to find out they decided not to open because of snow. Called and left a message about a refund and they did not call me back. I called to speak to the manager and was told the manager Tonya would not be available for hours. Tomatoes.

I came in today, Friday, at 2 PM at the Bowie location and ordered a 32 oz smoothie. However, while I was drinking it on my way to an appointment in Greenbelt, I realized that it was mostly just a half cup of ice. I was 30 minutes from the store, so I decided to call the store and spoke with a pleasant young lady named Jalisa. I explained my concern about the drink being mostly ice, and she kindly told me I could come in for a remake.
I returned at 3 PM to get my drink remade, and it was perfect! The young man who made it was working alone, but he did a fantastic job and thanked me for my business. I really appreciate the level of care shown when things go wrong; it’s reassuring to see that they are willing to be kind and make sure customers are satisfied.

It’s quite frustrating already that the weekend crew likes to lock the doors. But they now have the wrong times posted on the front door which clearly states 8am -9pm on Saturday. Yet in google it says 10:00am. Starting to get really irritated by how this place operates. During the week there is never an issue. The weekend comes and either the door is locked during business hours or they aren’t open when they are supposed to be.

I ordered online this morning and when I arrived to pick up, I noticed that the young lady was working alone. There were several people waiting when I got there and several came in after me. What impressed me was despite the pressure, she maintained strong professionalism and courtesy. She provided outstanding service in what I am sure was a stressful situation. Great job!! Now, get her some help! I'm sorry I didn't get her name.

One of the ladies likes to lock the front door and act like she didn’t know it was locked. It’s happened more than a few times during open hours. It’s becoming very ridiculous and annoying.
