I’ve tried to give this location a chance multiple times, but they never get it right. Then, have an attitude when you call them out about it. I’m officially bypassing this location and sticking to the one-by job.

Great experience every time I go to this location. Its probably the best in Bowie. Very rarely have any issues with modifications. Drive through is very convienient. The new store location is good, a but further removed from the plaza but you can still get there on foot if needed. Much more room in the cafe area now as well.

Kid-friendliness: Kids should behave here, as people tend to be on laptops working here

I’m so excited to share that there’s a fantastic new Starbucks just a few doors down! It’s bright, spacious, and super inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax or do some work. The friendly staff always greet everyone with cheerful “good mornings,” which adds to the charm. This new location is a fantastic improvement compared to the previous one next to Popeyes, especially regarding service! I can see myself working here, and the food is just what you’d expect from Starbucks—delightful! It’s a significant upgrade, and I think they’ve nailed it!

This place customer service suck I was in store 35mins for something I ordered online. Demaryo has an attitude problem I don’t recommend this place at all

Rude and will look over you if you’re not yt. The AA drive thru man saw me standing there for a long time with out being helped and he asked the baristas about my order and they ignored him. He started making my order then they finished it. She then went to place the order out of the way that I was standing intentionally. Then laughed about it. Disgusting place. I will never be back. I left a review with corporate also.

I and my family especially my sister have been patronizing this particular Starbucks for over 20 years before they even moved to the now drive thru the was originally a bank. They have always have been polite and pleasant even in the midst of rush hour crowds. Based on that my order's are placed on the app to make things easier for them and myself. Now because my sister is currently unable to work I order through my ubereats account. I am still receiving my orders from the same Starbucks on Annapolis Road. The last few times my Frappuccino has been watery not as thick as usual. Now before anyone says that it probably gets watery due to the delivery distance, well I live less than 2 miles away and I the driver drops my merchandise off first.
I called Starbucks after placing my order and asked that my Frappuccino please be thicker and was quickly told that it was already made and that they were about to pack it up and also by the way the sandwiches ordered were not available. So this is very interesting because my phone number was available but no one at Starbucks thought to call the client and inform them of the change??
This is very disconcerting as I expect so much more from an establishment of their caliber. My reasons for even being a loyal customer has been based on the quality products and service. Starbucks being steps above the rest.
Very disappointing and for me not to be able to give a 5 star rating in these times when surveys are of such importance.
I guess that my expectations need to be adjusted.

I pass by this starbucks often before work and go through the drive thru, the last time I went the lady on the drive through was very rude. I was reaching for my drink and couldn't grab it and the lady sees me struggling to get it and proceeds to say "you're going to have to reach further than that, this is all I can do" and she was barely even trying to give me my drink. I just thought that was rude on her end and could have helped out a bit.

Horrible horrible place. I havr ordered Brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso multiple times and this place make the most horrible one. Initially, I thought they gave me a wrong coffee and went back and asked for another one but again it is the same milk watered down coffee .. this can never be the same oatmilk shaken espresso I always ordered . Deep regrets ..never again!!!

Echoing another sentiment shared, lack of attention to detail. Even 1 customization is likely to be messed up. And pricing issues when there are promotions…if you don’t charge correctly, fix it instead of offering something different. I’d rather pay the proper amount & have my drinks made correctly. They used to treat their in store “regulars” better too but the new drive-thru has fixed that so theres been improvement.
