Horrible staff and customer was treated poorly i walked out you won't talk or act like this and expect me to spend money with you no way . Extremely rude to there customers

The staff seems to be making their own drinks without giving a dam about EXACTLY what you ordered on the mobile app. I go there on different times of the day so it’s not just one crew. It seems ALL of them.

On top of it, they don’t greet either but are very QUICK to say Good morning when the customer is White. Its PATHETIC.

They ALL need training.. if doing the bare minimum is too hard for them, QUIT!!!!!

Great location. Staff were super friendly. Fantastic drinks. We stopped in for some breakfast. All were great. Super quick. Friendly staff!. Loved it. We will definitely be back when we visit the Bowie area🙂🙂🙂 ☕️ ☕️

I didn't order any food or drink during my visit, but I appreciated that the store was clean and well stocked with holiday coffees and merchandise.

Considering how busy the drive-thru was (we had to park in the shopping center's adjacent lot due to the heavy traffic), I was pleasantly surprised to find how attentive the in store lobby service turned out to be. We were only waiting in line a short time before a barista opened a second register to help us. My black Friday shopping was a very low stress experience.

Attn Baristas…. If you don’t want to make the order right, then just say so. It’s crazy when you spend $8 for a drink that you can look at and see it’s not right, only to ask a question and get the dirtiest look ever. If you are looking to have your order consistently messed up while receiving inconsistent custom service, come here.

I’ve been coming to this location for years because I work in the area and every time that I visit employee May is the absolute best. She is literally the reason I enjoy coming to this location. Not only is she professional but she always has the same lovely attitude and greets me with a friendly smile. Thank you for providing great customer service and a smile it’s truly appreciated ?

Two Flies in the glass pastry/food display. Flying around, landing on the food. NO FOOD FOR ME. The personnel were friendly but it was not busy and a simple coffee took 15 or 20 minutes.

First time here today, 7/23/24 at around 7pm..came to drive thru. Christina is amazing! Very cheerful and bright! Very rare to see that level of enthusiasm in today's world. It was refreshing to see. God bless her! Lol. (But, I'm serious)

They will literally give you the opposite of what you order because they do not give a F!

Though an apology was given, I'm not happy to place a mobile order just for them to leave my my pineapple cake in the plastic wrapper and forget about the coffee until I ask about it. This is an established business with enough people staffed, so that should not be a problem. My goal was to swing by there and pick up my mobile order and make it to work before the hour, which did not happen. This is one of the reasons to look for a coffee maker to use at work.
