Great location. Staff were super friendly. Fantastic drinks. We stopped in for some breakfast. All were great. Super quick. Friendly staff!. Loved it. We will definitely be back when we visit the Bowie area🙂🙂🙂 ☕️ ☕️

Good service here, great drive thru but they just need to warm their pastries a little bit longer, I've often received my sandwiches cold or still frosted.

I didn't order any food or drink during my visit, but I appreciated that the store was clean and well stocked with holiday coffees and merchandise.

Considering how busy the drive-thru was (we had to park in the shopping center's adjacent lot due to the heavy traffic), I was pleasantly surprised to find how attentive the in store lobby service turned out to be. We were only waiting in line a short time before a barista opened a second register to help us. My black Friday shopping was a very low stress experience.

Attn Baristas…. If you don’t want to make the order right, then just say so. It’s crazy when you spend $8 for a drink that you can look at and see it’s not right, only to ask a question and get the dirtiest look ever. If you are looking to have your order consistently messed up while receiving inconsistent custom service, come here.

I’ve been coming to this location for years because I work in the area and every time that I visit employee May is the absolute best. She is literally the reason I enjoy coming to this location. Not only is she professional but she always has the same lovely attitude and greets me with a friendly smile. Thank you for providing great customer service and a smile it’s truly appreciated ?

Two Flies in the glass pastry/food display. Flying around, landing on the food. NO FOOD FOR ME. The personnel were friendly but it was not busy and a simple coffee took 15 or 20 minutes.

First time here today, 7/23/24 at around 7pm..came to drive thru. Christina is amazing! Very cheerful and bright! Very rare to see that level of enthusiasm in today's world. It was refreshing to see. God bless her! Lol. (But, I'm serious)

They will literally give you the opposite of what you order because they do not give a F!

Though an apology was given, I'm not happy to place a mobile order just for them to leave my my pineapple cake in the plastic wrapper and forget about the coffee until I ask about it. This is an established business with enough people staffed, so that should not be a problem. My goal was to swing by there and pick up my mobile order and make it to work before the hour, which did not happen. This is one of the reasons to look for a coffee maker to use at work.

A little disappointed they were friendly staff but they forgot my cold foam which was fine until I got my drink back and when I had already drove off and started drinking it I realized they didn’t add the pumps of white mocha.. that are charged each pump and I asked for extra ..

For the most part this is a good location, although can be difficult to get in due to congestion during peak times. They share a parking lot with Chic fil A and buffalo wild wings. Just realized they are open until 10, so i stop there after 8:30 some nights when leaving part time so i don't have to go out the next morning since I WFH. On two separate occasions my order was so wrong. I placed mobile order, they added lemonade to my drink, when i got home discovered it was wrong. Called customer service and my money was refunded because the store couldnt find my order to refund otp. Second time ordered at the drive thru, got home no sweetener. Its just 4 ingredients and shake. I’ll just plan better and drive to the Capital location. Traffic and terrible potholes are the worst due to highway construction on that side. They are like 95% when it comes to getting my order right.

I always put in mobile orders at this location, but every single time I do it’s never ready by the time I arrive. The point of mobile order is so I can pick up and go. This time it took over 15 mins to get my order. They initially didn’t even start it and I had to remind them! I wasted so much time and honestly wanted a refund, but was annoyed and didn’t want to talk to anyone at this point. Please be more organized and schedule people to handle mobile orders.
