For the most part this is a good location, although can be difficult to get in due to congestion during peak times. They share a parking lot with Chic fil A and buffalo wild wings. Just realized they are open until 10, so i stop there after 8:30 some nights when leaving part time so i don't have to go out the next morning since I WFH. On two separate occasions my order was so wrong. I placed mobile order, they added lemonade to my drink, when i got home discovered it was wrong. Called customer service and my money was refunded because the store couldnt find my order to refund otp. Second time ordered at the drive thru, got home no sweetener. Its just 4 ingredients and shake. I’ll just plan better and drive to the Capital location. Traffic and terrible potholes are the worst due to highway construction on that side. They are like 95% when it comes to getting my order right.

Horrible and inconsiderate! Messed up by order and slammed the window on my face when I was telling her the correct order. Olga the store manager did absolutely nothing to right this wrong and neither did Nick the area manager. All I got was "sorry we couldn't do anything." I have been a customer at this location for so long. Not to mention the girl even took my money and never refunded me when my receipt stated it was supposed to be a cash refund. I have had no problem with any other staff expect this lady because she decided to explode on me!

I always put in mobile orders at this location, but every single time I do it’s never ready by the time I arrive. The point of mobile order is so I can pick up and go. This time it took over 15 mins to get my order. They initially didn’t even start it and I had to remind them! I wasted so much time and honestly wanted a refund, but was annoyed and didn’t want to talk to anyone at this point. Please be more organized and schedule people to handle mobile orders.

This location is convenient however the configuration is an absolute nightmare and cluster as it is next to a Chick-fil-A. I digress lol. The AM crew here are rockstars and I've never had an issue in the years I've returned. My orders are always right, and as hunger pangs strike, they always have my pastry and/or sandwich. I was happy to see that they had the Starbucks Jeweled Tumbler 24oz in Rose Gold in stock :) Keep up the good work, Vista Gardens! Keep those smiles shining, and thank you for getting us in and out in your drive thru!

I am regular customer to this store, but over the last 2 months, most of the furniture has disappeared, there is no where to sit and enjoy your coffee with a friend, The manager decided that the it was best when purchasing a 4,5,or 6 dollar drink, you should get it and RUN, or stand in the corner and chat. Since this new manager has been here this store has gotten progressively less friendly. They even removed the trash can, customers are sharing tables, using chairs to assist with laptops, this is unacceptable ?
Tamia has the BEST customer service, and her drinks are always made correctly!She makes me want to spend my money at Starbucks $$

This cafe is always packed with people wanting they're daily drink and I have always seen the employees remain calm and professional as they serve likely thousands of people per day. They are always polite and even will take the time to serve pup cups despite the chaos. Thank you!

I choose to make time today to call out the team this morning… ??…Watching them handle the morning frenzy with such composure, teamwork and efficiency, delivering quality products… it was such an enjoyment to watch them go! Like with the headset communications and all! I felt like I was watching a NFL game level back to back play execution! ?Please do something tangible for this team they deserve it!?
