I have been trying to reach headquarters because Starbucks owes me $16...and change. The reason it has been so long is because the coffee will not contact me again about the refund. Starbucks are you ripping me off..... Or maybe you are stealing my money which ever it is shame on you 1/10/24.

I had the pleasure of stopping by the Starbucks located in the front area of a Safeway grocery store. I ordered 2 medium medicine balls. I was assisted by an older fair-skinned black woman, she was pretty slow, but she made me the absolute best medicine ball I have ever had. So for those of us who are impatient like myself that may get upset due to slower past service, she took her time to do it right!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Who EVER Shelly is she was gone from the counter for over 20 mins which is very unacceptable. And I need someone to take action the employees in safe way called her 3 times on the speaker. This is what you call taking advantage of the position she has. If I was a bad person I could have taken her tips

First time here and had a great experience. Their credit card machine wasn't working and could only accept cash. Instead of turning customers away, they took my order, asked politely if I had cash, and gave me my two coffees and a bagel on the house since I only had credit card. They said I could come back and pay them back later.

I'm not a coffee lover, but the lady who worked with me today really knew her coffees! I came into this Starbucks on a Saturday, around 8 am, needing something to wake me up. Although a certain machine to make the one drink I know of was not functional, she was able to figure out a similar drink for this confused non coffee drinker. She was very professional, polite and helpful. The drink was basically what I had drank there before, but a little better! Her surrounding area was very neat and clean. I hope to return to this Starbucks for its cleanliness and hospitality.
