ordered chai. got coffee. I really dislike coffee so this was rather upsetting. didn't notice until we'd pulled onto the highway. one lid in order was covered in perfume that made two people nauseated. staff were nice.

My favorite is Mango Dragonfruit Refresher . I drink a lot of different store. But i found Anna. She is the best one i ever had before. The drink is so delicious , so “YUM!” like the way she writes every cup after she made.She is so sweet. She is the best bartender ever. 10/10 stars for Anna. Thank you!

Everytime I come here the customer service is horrible the girls are awful and always have some of attitude or problem, today the girl with the braids and mask had some type of nasty attitude not only with me but the customer behind and infront of me, like girl you work in customer service if you don’t like it then leave. I will say though the men are always nice and energetic never had any type of problem with them

I waited over 20 minutes for my coffee order while watching several customers who ordered after me receive their drinks and leave. Eventually, I approached the barista to ask about my order, only to find my empty cup with the order sticker sitting off to the side, completely overlooked. She claimed she hadn’t seen it, but instead of addressing the issue right away, she completed two more orders for customers who had arrived well after me before finally preparing mine. There was no apology or sense of urgency. The lack of attentiveness and accountability was disappointing.

I came in and was immediately greeted by both employees! But Tulin did an amazing job on my coffee it’s the best one I’ve had at a Starbucks and she was really great at making it an amazing experience in the store very engaging with customers!!! She deserves the best complements!
This location has the WORST customer service of any Starbucks I have ever been to. I recommend to anybody and everybody, if you don't like a venti amount of RUDE with your coffee - please take the time to go to the Starbucks in Safeway or drive across town to the Starbucks on Annapolis road. I order a drink on the app and waited 20 minutes. Arrived at the location and there was only 1 person there. I asked about my drink and was told that other people were before me and I needed to wait. I asked to get it quickly as I had ordered 20 minutes before, not during rush time, and was ignored, then handed a drink that was not what I order, the top was not on correctly and spilled copious amounts of the drink as I walked to the door. This is not the first time. I live in the area and try to give it a chance every few months or so just in case they may have gotten better training. No such luck. Avoid at all costs.
