Consistently poor experience here. Bread is stale, veggies aren’t fresh. Today they refused to take a coupon sent to our house, but were unable to explain the reason. Turned a $13 mean into $24. 🙃

We entered and asked if they accept coupons. They said yes. Then, they said we have to wait to place an order because they were working on a large order. We waited 10-15 minutes. I told her what my coupon said before selecting my bread. When I went to check out, I was told that they cannot accept my coupon. I asked why. They won’t accept coupons that offer a free footlong. I told them they should have told me when I first presented the coupon. I went ahead and paid full price for 2 subs. Just such a waste of time and money. That’s a shame. Just spreading the word.
The bread was ripped up like it was stale and they don’t clean/change the knives in between sandwiches

If I could rate this experience it would give 0 stars. I usually come to this subway for my grandmother to pick up her sandwiches. I placed a mobile order through the app but used the incorrect payment method. Since the app does NOT allow you to cancel the order I called the store to get them to cancel the order so I could order the sandwiches again with the correct payment method. I called the store twice before ever getting anyone to answer the phone. I called the third time and finally got an employee. I explained to her why I was calling letting her know I needed to cancel the order immediately so I could correct the payment method. The employee then gets an attitude on the phone and says cancel it online. I told her it wasn’t allowing me to cancel the order , she proceeds to state that she can’t do anything about that and hangs up the phone after I expressed that the app told me to call the store. I then arrive to the store to find out which employee hung up the phone rudely and still didn’t cancel the order because the wrong card was on file. The employee had a major attitude , I confronted her on her hanging up the phone and not fixing the order. The then proceeded to call the manager on the phone , and the manager corrected it through the phone by walking her through it on the POS. They spoke in Spanish so I’m not sure what she said to the manager to get it fixed. I also proceeded to tell her she shouldn’t hang up the phone on people and she said well it was busy. I said that doesn’t matter because I am a paying customer too. It doesn’t give you the right to hang up on people and you didn’t try to fix the issue.
I’ve never seen such piss poor customer service at its finest. She was beyond rude and did not seem to care about the fact that she was wrong. To say the least I will not be purchasing any sandwiches from this location for the foreseeable future. I hope a representive does reach out to deal with this employee. None of the two female employees had on name tags so I can’t address her by name. A simple request to cancel and order shouldn’t have resulted in such a piss poor employee’s attitude.

Man was very rude when I asked about meat selection. Acted like he didn't hear me. Not a way to treat annout of town customer. His female Co worker was excellent . Haven't eaten the sandwich yet.He needs a lesson in listening communication skills. He was very disrespectful.

I came in here recently and the place was empty with no customers. Despite this, the server (who appeared to be working alone with no help) was immediately rushing me through my order of three footlong subs. The employee's name is not on the receipt but he was a middle-aged Hispanic man. He was rude from start to finish for no reason, even though I ordered politely. In terms of the food, they were out of buffalo chicken and meatballs so two of the three subs I came for were not options. When I got home, I realized he missed adding one of the ingredients I requested. Had he not kept rushing me and asking questions repeatedly to move me along, perhaps he would have paid better attention to my order. Folks, it's not easy out there. Can't we all try to be pleasant, polite and patient when the customer is extending the same courtesy to you? I called the manager number listed on the receipt but was told they were not available. I won't return.

Ordered 2 subs. The meatball had the most problems, no cheese (ordered provolone) and 6 meatballs where there should be 8 and it wasn’t toasted as requested. Yes I did eat anyway, driving back there was more bother than it’s worth. Just wish the order was correct from the get go.

I was picking up the order as usual but from this visit, they ask me for the ID to get the sandwiches.I said I use my nick name and I don’t have any ID to match with the order.Then, they said I was not able to get the order.So whoever use the stupid "subway application", bring your ID.

I ordered my food online and the gentleman workers did not follow the requests. I paid for avocado spread and it was not put on my bowl. When I called to question it, the now rude worker hung up on me after telling they can’t do anything if I touched the food. Really. I asked for no green peppers or tomatoes. Got a lot of that. And paid for something I didn’t get. But there is nothing I can do. Now what kind of customer service is that???
Very bad customer service… Staff has very bad behaviour with customer… not enough supplies to meet customer demands.
