If I could give this place a zero I would. They mess up orders all the time. I asked for Supreme Tacos 3 times through the drive through. Got charged for them and they still didn't make them supreme.
It happens all the time. This Taco Bell is the worst.

Bought 2 Discovery Luxe Boxes. Both had missing items. Spoke with managers Raven, Comfort, another gentlemen, they refused to replace my boxes or a refund without bringing the merchandise back? Taco bell has no policy to return food for inventory purposes if the customer is saying they did not receive the full merchandise. I will be taking this to corporate. Please don't call paying customers liars. The food is trash here and the service is even worse. Go to the location in Crofton instead, they always have the best service and deals.

I ordered my food with no sour cream, but they put sour cream on anyway. No one is going to unwrap each taco in the car to check the ingredients. They should be more on top of this.

I had been driving over 7 hours and finally reached our destination and wanted to get some food to bring back to our hotel for my family of 8. I ordered 15 cheesy bean and rice burritos, and they gave me all 15 with rice in them only. I didn't notice until we got back to our hotel, and they were already closed.

I came to this location and they closed the grill early so we could get nothing but tacos. What’s the point of staying open late if the employees shut down early.
About what youd expect from taco bell. Not great quality food but edible. Order sometimes doesnt come correct. But its taco bell thats how it is. Probably 4 stars but coprate is making taco bell really expensive. Spent like $20 the other day on two meals, like when did that happen? Also they got rid of a lot of my favorite items which lean vegetarian. They also need to bring back the beefy crunch burrito
