I ordered through the Taco Bell app and we were missing 2 chicken ranch avocado burritos w/ added sour cream. I called the store, rather than go through corporate, and asked for the manager. He refused to send the missing items. Note: The bag was sealed and was obviously an issue with his store, NOT the driver. He blew me off and refused to do anything about it. The refund from corporate wouldn't cover service fees and tip, although the lady tried. Don't order delivery from this store until he's gone. If they mess up, he won't do anything.

Only complaint is that the chips always taste burnt. Like they keep their fryer up too high. Same complaint I have with the location over in Landover. Burnt chips taste bitter, as do the cinnamon twist. This location also doesn't s not put alo of care into presentation. Order is usually correct, but my last nacho bell grande (with burnt tasting chips), had the bean just slipped on top, not heated cold and placed on top in a brick. They just do take a lot of care.

Bought 2 chalupas with potatoes subbed for beef and received 2 rock hard chalupa shells with potato crumbs and hardly any lettuce or anything on it , quite literally barely any actually food in the shells, whats the point in skimping on food thats not even yours? People are poor and cant afford to eat out all the time so this is just extremely careless and disrespectful especially because i know for a fact whoever made my food would not make their food the same way they made mine. Go work at the dmv if you wanna make people unhappy , wont coming here anymore

Pretty fast service through the drive through. Unfortunately they are stingy with the sauces as all the other Taco Bell’s are. The food was adequate.

The worst part of this place is they ignore you when you’re inside the store they only attempt to those on the drive-through which is the worst thing ever. I came in here and I spent 27 minutes waiting for the order that was already placed via DoorDash and it never gave it to me.. I complain so much that they even started ignoring me. Their service is the worst service ever..

Stopped by this past Saturday. My 11-y/o wanted a few tacos. When we got home and unwrapped the Doritos taco, there was an elastic hair tie sitting on top of the food in the taco. I immediately called the location and asked for a manager. The manager and I spoke and he apologized. However I had to go back to the restaurant in order to have my food replaced. That was a 26 mile round trip and 45 minutes wasted. The only offer of consolation was 2 additional free tacos. I was not even offered a refund. That is not acceptable. I also got into it with one of the members of the Taco Bell staff who was working in the back over the incident. I am assuming that this might've been the employee who lost the hair tie in the taco. We got into a verbal shouting match. I escalated the matter to the Taco Bell corporate customer service. I will not return to this location.
