let me start out by making it clear that I came to this location at 1 am on a Saturday/Sunday..... Thank you for being open.. I was hangry!!! The order was correct. the food was hot, the place was quiet the sauce was all there, napkins and everything!!!! So I ate in the parking lot un-botherd. By far one of the best late night trips to taco bell yet. Thank you cook and little shorty who took my order keep it real putting one fed happy person back on these crazy roads one at a time!!!! Thank you taco bell. but please bring back the coffee I miss it!!!!!

My food was absolutely terrible. The Lettuce and tomatos on my tacos tasted like a chain smoker touched them. Absolutely horrible to the point where I actually had to spit my food out. Disappointed and not going back.

The service here is always slow and they frequently forget items. After waiting 25 minutes in line yesterday (with 1 car in front of me), I asked if the could add a evaluation meal to my order. They told me I would have to go back around because they have to make the other orders. I'm not a chef, but I feel tacos are pretty easy to make. All the ingredients are cooked and readily available. Why does it take so long to place taco meat, tomatoes, and sour cream in a shell? Why lose a sale? The original meal wasn't worth a 35 minute wait and now I'm to start over? On top of that, they didn't put sour cream on my taco smh. In the time it took to go through all of my items to see which were missing sour cream, a new order of chalupas could've been made. This would have resulted in an added sale and happier customer. Needless, to say I won't be coming back.

Just left Taco Bell today 8/30 around 730pm and let me just say I ENJOY frequenting this location but the young Hispanic girl that was at the drive thru window had NO respect or manners. I said how are you? She shut the window on my face. I said thank you… she said “uhhhuh”, I said have a good evening she said “Uhhuh” while constantly distracted and giggling at a young man that was probably cooking the food. I felt like the atmosphere was hostile and uncalled for. My drink taste like the filter should be changed and my food is just okay. Please get these people into some type of training because if this keeps happening, I will take my dollars elsewhere.
The best thing about this location is A.J. He has the great customer service skills and gets my order correct EVERYTHIME. The rest of the staff should be trained by him. Let's face it, the food isn't good at all but when you have great customer interaction it makes up for it.

What happened to the best Taco Bell drive thru service in the area. Maybe I came on a bad day, but the young man taking orders is not well prepared or professional. This is a complete drop-off from the superb high-quality service they have always provided. Cars were wrapped around the store backed up. Each order took more than 10 minutes. Seems they had a staff turnover and have all young staff that need to be retrained. The young lady at the window apologized several times for the service and noted she had just started two days ago. I am sure they can turn it around with additional training and supervision, but I can't return if I am looking to pick up something quick. I will follow up in the future and rerste back to 5 stars if things improve.
