This place is wonderful! The General Manager Shuja was extremely caring, me and my friends sat at the bar and The Bartender Janay made our stay 10x better! Highly Recommend this spot 10/10.

This place is horrible. We had to wait 10 minutes to be sit down and then when we sat down there was four waitresses at the bar they never came up to us access. Did we want service? We didn’t get someone to come take our drinks and after 20 minutes we were sitting down this is very unprofessional, and not only that they’re cursing at the bar. This is not restaurant should be run and I would like somebody to get in contact with me.

So walked over from Smokey Bones since two staff members said hello at the bar but neither wanted to ask me if I wanted a drink or a menu. I arrived at TGIF where they know how to treat hungry folks. WOW I was wrong . I sat there watching a bartender struggle and entertain a couple while no one else noticed me or offered to even get me a soda after 6 minutes. These two buildings must be related. I just went home and airfyd some fish and drink soda from Safeway. I didnt have to wait to be served.

Yesterday, me and my wife went to TGIF Fridays@Bowie. The Bartender(Idreamof) is the best her services was good. She really knows her drinks and food was good also. I definitely will be back??????

me and my girlfriend spent almost 40 minutes and all we were able to get were our mozzarella sticks, the place wasnt even that packed at all, so after we got the appetizers we just asked for check and left to eat somewhere else.

First time placing order here and never again. Foods is blah. Kids pasta noodle was hard. Look at this brown old broccoli. These broccoli I broke in the middle to make sure if is brown spot from bad broccoli, are much darker brown in person. This is what you are making for kids? If parents are not checking the food the kids are eating old bad foods. Please be careful and do better!

We were 3rd in line when we entered. The hostess told everyone that it would be a 20 minute wait. We waited much longer than 20 minutes. 1 in front of us got seated and the other got tired and left. She then sat 2 others before us that were walk-ins just like us with no reservation. It then took forever for the waitress to come to us. When she did, she was very nice. We only got 1 of our appetizers. Overall a bad experience. We did tip the waitress nicely though because she was nice.

We just left the restaurant 30 minutes ago today. I can't say that they were busy based on the seating an amount of people. Because in my opinion there was not a lot of people, there were not a lot of seats taken. However they could have had a lot of online orders. It was 5 of us and it took them sooooo long to bring our food out, 55 to 60 minutes. Then me and my wife food was burnt and not cooked the way we asked medium well. We told her to take it back then 30 minutes past and then the waitress was like, I'm so sorry do you guys just want to it to go box. Our kids eat their food and we were like yeah we were ready to time and that took 20 more minutes. Got home and the food was brunt
My family ate here and it took 1 hour to get our food and they weren't even that busy. The waiter rarely came to our table. Food came out 1 plate at a time and not correct. Asked 4 times for refills. Signs all over restaurant for food that was not available. Food came out some cold, some warm and some hot. Talked to manager who did nothing for us. Notified corporate and they said that the manager would reach out to us and they didn't. I don't recommend eating here. Waiter would have received minimum $50 tip if he just tried. He didn't.

By far the worst Friday's in the area.This will be the first and last time spending my money at the Friday's in Bowie.Lackluster atmosphere. No music in the bar.The service is sub-par.We had to wait several minutes for a a server to even acknowledge that we sat down.The restaurant smelled old and dingy just like it looked.Do better Bowie.

The location was pretty chill the day we went. It was a Saturday, pouring raining which is probably why. The staff were very attentive and polite. They helped us out by singing to the birthday guy and let us know we were their first large party that they hosted under their new standards. They did well on the customer service tips. Drinks were good, especially the second picture. It was similar to the dragonfruit Hennessy or something.
