2/13/26 at 430 I craved the the chicken club I got on line and put ina pick up order for two meals . It was said order 1024 would be ready at 4:45 I went in at 4:50 and I think I saw my order sitting on the pick spot as I was standing there with out be greeted for about 5-6 mins I wasted a Hispanic guy in a black shirt have fun talking in Spanish with his crew. When he Finn asked me what I need he saw my Oder was siting there I ask why He never greeted me my food was sitting he said he have to finish what he doing first being mean and dismissive. Not only that my drink and Fries wasn’t in the bag I had to go back I guess he felt bad so he gave me petty sorry !!! I really would not be back very bad experience at this location!

The restaurant itself is clean and decorated nicely, very comfortable ambience, and staff is kind & smiling, even came to check on tables. The food is fresh and there were plenty of options for different palates. Even a little pepper bar with jalapeños and chilis. Will definitely be back !

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism I experienced from the Local Manager, Jaden. Tonight, my order was not fulfilled properly: the fries were half the usual portion, and the burgers came with all condiments included, even though I specifically requested them on the side.

To be transparent , I did the customary thing... I ate 1 hot fry as I was checking my order at the counter before I walked away.

When I politely asked the manager to provide a full order of fries—similar in size to the others being served—his response was, “I would have replaced your fry order, but now I won’t because you ate a fry from the bag.” Despite my repeated requests to simply receive what I have paid for, he refused to offer any solution. Instead, he dismissed me by saying, “We are busy right now,” and walked away.

It is disheartening to see a national franchise of this caliber represented by a manager who demonstrates such poor customer service, a negative attitude, and little regard for the success or reputation of this location.

The food was good, but I do not think the chunky avocado or bacon I added to my sandwich was actually there. This was quite upsetting, as I paid $3.80 for those additions!

Unfortunately, the signature sauce over powers the taste of the burger and NOOO juicy burger taste. So, Unfortunately not worth $20 bucks, and nor the wait.. I'm so disappointed 😞
