Experience was kinda ho-hum. Food was mediocre. I had a double Char with cheese and fries combo. Wife had a chicken sandwich with side salad. Nice surprise was a bunless lettuce wrap option. Fries and salad were overly salty. Wife liked her chicken, but I thought my patties were dry and flavorless despite asking for seasoned parties. Honestly thought a Wawa or McDonald's burger would have been better.

This was my third and final time here.Usually this place is good but not this time. At first I thought my burger was a bit cold upon receiving but dismissed it as I had the A/C on. But, my burger had a weird crunch (from the bread)and was cold (burger) on my last bite (checked to make sure but found no unknown substances). Now, I am currently trying to recover from food poisoning.But this time, I waited almost 15 minutes for my food. The reason? I do not know. I went through the drive thru and then were told to pull over and wait for a burger (portabella char) and fries.The atmosphere was nice as the restaurant has usually a few customers on the inside and not too crowded.Service is meh at best.I learned my lesson that next time if I am in the mood for a burger I will make it myself or go somewhere else.

This is my third time ordering the same meal and everytime I ordered it was a different price . The first time I ordered a #1 with cheese I substituted the onion rings for fries it was $16+ charging me separate for the onion rings . The second time I ordered a number 2 and substituted the fries for onion rings and it was cheaper than the first time and it should have been more. The third time I orderd a number 1 and substituted the fries for onion rings and it was more than 2nd time when it should have been less . I didn’t touch the food last time and explained to the manager what happened . She tells me she told me a La carte on intercom when she didn’t so I asked for my refund and a refund receipt. She gives me back the order receipt and when I asked for the refund Receipt again they said it would take 15 min because they have to call corporate. The food is good the staff is a complete joke . DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS LOCATION

I dont know why it took me a while to come here, but their food is good and I love how they pack and wrap the sandwiches. It's worth it, trust me!
The burgers are amazing and super fresh ! The fries were good just a little too salty. Fresh strawberry Lemonade was also fantastic. Ease of ordering and fast Friendly service were also great very clean.

The fries here are delicious! The burgers are good but very thin. I have to get the double charburger to actually get some beef. The side caesar salad is amazing! I love the caesar dressing they use. Service is a hit or miss. One time they gave my friend's order away to someone else and she had to wait longer for her food. It's also pretty expensive for a single patty cheeseburger and fries meal, $14. This is more of a treat and less of a habit ;)
