I stopped in with some friends at the honeybaked ham store in Bowie this past Saturday. They had A special – buy one hambone get one free!! Perfect! It was a nice atmosphere and very clean. Makayla was kind and welcoming, So we decided to stay and eat lunch! It was delicious. Makayla is outstanding in customer service and her sandwich making skills!

The food is always good, and the people who work here always have a smile and good energy about them. I pick up lunch here at least 2 or 3 times a month and have never been disappointed. Good food made by good people. What more could you ask for? 5 stars

I went into the store to get some answers on a fraudulent charge and spoke to a manager regarding the information that was relayed from from the credit card company. She was unprofessional and said that my issue was above her pay grade and gave me corporate’s number. She told her staff any credit card disputes give them the corporate’s number in front of me. So, I called corporate to find some relief and file a complaint against the manager called me and tried to deny it was her and then when I said it was her she got unprofessional and hung the phone up on me. If you have any issues don't speak with the management because it will be fruitless. Needless to say, I won't be back.

On March 14th 2025 I brought a chicken salad sandwich and it was the best one I ever had. The two ladies at the front were absolutely amazing. The customer service experience was phenomenal.

They went above and beyond. I purchased a ham bone, and they gave a second at the same weight or less free. Since I only had room in the freezer for one, I declined. They advised that they'd keep it for me in their freezer until the use by date.

Everything was great! The young lady took our order, got to the cash register, paid, and was in and out within 7 minutes. A smooth operation with friendly and outstanding staff. Very professional and Honey Baked Ham is D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!!!!

Visited this location to use Christmas gift cards. I’ve heard great things about Honey Baked Ham & was excited to see what the hype is about. We ordered various sandwiches, a salad & cinnamon apples. Unfortunately the order didn’t come through on their end so they had to make it upon arrival - which was no problem. Because of this I did receive the wrong salad. We live about 30 min from the location and they were closing soon, so I gave them a call to address the issues. Lisa answered and was friendly, professional & apologetic about the entire situation. Offering a quick solution! We agreed that I would call tomorrow to follow up! Based on the sandwiches & Lisa’s demeanor about the entire situation we will return!

This is arguably the worst Honey Baked Ham location I’ve ever been to. The sandwiches are prepared with no care or attention to quality. What makes it worse is the lack of a toaster — something that most other Honey Baked Ham locations offer. Instead of toasting the bread, they use a microwave, which makes the sandwiches soggy and unappealing.

For a brand known for quality, this is a huge disappointment. Other locations clearly take pride in their preparation and provide a better experience, but not here. I’d recommend going elsewhere if you want a sandwich made the way it should be.

I recently purchased a ham from HoneyBaked Ham in Bowie, Maryland, for $75, expecting the high quality this company is known for. Unfortunately, the ham I received was disappointing — it was mostly bone and fat, with very little actual meat. Feeling dissatisfied, I attempted to return the product, only to encounter horrendous customer service.

The manager was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. While I was open to a compromise, such as paying for a portion of a better ham, they refused to accommodate me in any meaningful way. A quarter of a ham is simply not worth $75, and the experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated.

I will not be returning to this location and urge others to think twice before purchasing from them. Quality and service should match the premium price point, but sadly, this was far from my experience.

I didn't want to order a big ham because it was going to go to waste. I found out from there website they sell there ham by the pound so I was able to purchase 1lb of ham for $22.00 it was delicious they provide you with as much glaze packages as you need. Customer Service was fabulous. I will be returning to purchase again.🤗 😋

I have always ordered a turkey for Thanksgiving from Whole Foods but decided to try The Honey Baked Ham this year. I ordered the smoked whole turkey and it was amazing, the best turkey I ever had.
