Forestville has been good to me and the Honey baked ham store fits the mold perfectly. However, they only had one ham left and that was extremely expensive so.....I just got a sandwich. The manager informed me of how to get things done but you have to see her for that advice ......

I was really impressed with the two young ladies Astrid and Blue when I went to grab lunch. I wasn't having a good day and both were so polite and even gave me compliments! I wasn't even going to stop in because it was raining but I'm glad I did. I will be back because the service was excellent.

It's honey baked ham...I eat there weekly. I'm really Gump-like when it comes to the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich. I drive past Arby's (they also have a decent Turkey Bacon Ranch samy) to get one.Wheelchair accessibility: Americans With Disabilities Act basic requirements.

I prepaid for $75 worth of food. I get home open the sliced ham and it looks deformed, cut up, with no glaze on it at all. It looks worse than any store brought ham I’ve seen. I reached out to customer service and the store and the only way to remedy the situation is to lug out two young kids, drive 30 min each way AGAIN, waste more time and gas to get it replaced. So no good customer service or quality control. Got it. Check your items before leaving store or better yet just save your money.

I brought in a gift card in November and the store would not honor the card . The woman asked her manager and he said they do not accept them . I contacted the cooperation and they said they have to accept the gift card . The store called me and said I could use the gift cards and was kinda rude about it .The food is pretty good tho.

I’ve heard really good things about this place. I drove over 45 minutes to come get 2 sandwich combos and I was told that aren’t serving sandwiches today. This would have been helpful to put online or as Google note for Christmas Eve. Or even a sign on the door so I didn’t have to wait in a long line just to get nothing. Two hours wasted since there are no Honey Baked near me.

Honeybaked ham has a deceiving practice in which they should say on their website their slices by the pound says $17.99 But that’s the starting price it can go high as $30 a pound because they say it’s eight slices but each package weighs differently. They should tell people that upfront.

Was in line to get a last minute half of ham for my sister's Thanksgiving dinner and I waited an extremely long time before I was able to get up to the counter and make my purchase . I saw that once the pre order line started to form , they were serviced immediately, while the other line had to wait until that line got down. Needless to say I guess it's just better to pre order if you can .
Never have to wait too long for a holiday ham or turkey. The staff is very helpful and polite. Plenty of parking and they accept cards and cash. Their made to order sandwiches are good too.

On my visit 2 days ago the customer service was almost nonexistent. A girl, not in uniform, was at the front addressing other uniformed workers but never acknowledged my presence. When she finally looked up she asked if my items were all then rang it up. She barely handed back my receipt and still never qcknowkedged ai was a paying patron.
