Three Brothers Italian Restaurant

Called in order , my order ground beef, pepperoni , onions and extra cheese cooked well done ! No the service place ordered for ham, pepperoni, onions and extra cheese. I get there and now I have e to wait bc my order was wrong ! No one apologized, no refunds given only sorry credit or order something else. Ok , now I’m irritated, order another pizza pepperoni, ground beef , onions and extra cheese! I got meatballs, pepperoni, onions and cheese not cooked welled done ! !!!!! Service sucks! No one is taking accountability of customers service or how they treat customers. I did no yell or cussing out, I take my wrong order again and walk out!

Ordered. Calzone Meatball and sausage. Got all the way home and was MUSHROOM. Who doesn’t pay attention to what’s ordered. Written right in the ticket. Calzone was barely cooked. Use to be my go to spot. But it will be my Never again.

I ordered today because I was unable to cook due to a health problem. I'm 84 I seldom order from anywhere. But trusted this company. The first problem I recognized was the cheesecake was absent
I called the lady took it off my tab
She said if I reordered she'd add an extra piece. I paid $7
00 as they charged me $2.00 for a small order
No extra piece. I ordered extra meatball, So I got the extra one's but not the ones that came with the dish. This is not the company that I used to know. I'm very disappointed.

I just love their pizza 🍕

Been going to 3 Brother's in Bowie for over 20 yr's. Got sandwich about 2 weeks ago. It was Terrible. They just threw it together i went to talk to the Mgr and he was talking to me like I was 1 of his young employees. Not Disrespectful but like I didn't understand what he was saying I left him the receipt when I bought it and showed him a pic! I'm Done! I run a business as well .Never ask what he could do to make it right !

Food is good. I only ever get Pizza and fries and in the past, the wings but I stopped ordering those. Its just what you'd expect for the area food wise and a calm lunch if you want to be away from crowds and enjoy a small meal

Typical Italian Pizzeria with other Italian specialties offered. Pizza crust was perfect. I would definitely go often if I lived there!

Why do you think it’s appropriate to charge for a paper bag that you always provided even before the law went into effect? That was BS. I suppose I wouldn’t have given a bad review if this wasn’t coupled with the pizza with too much cheese and too little sauce and when it was clear I didn’t like it, the server didn’t even notice. AND the chicken Parmesan sub did not have a comparable amount of chicken as a nearby competitor. Sorry guys but customer service and subtle messages matter, especially when you have so much competition. You lost this customer. I hope you heed this and keep the rest of them. Truly! Good luck.

They've been here a long time and the place is delicious and has great service they've secured a place in the community.

Searched for a place that made eggplant parm hero because I missed it. Probably one the better ones that I’ve ever had tbh

Food is great. The young female at the counter that took my order was like a robot. She had no personality and seemed a lil scary, like horror movieish. She wasn't rude or anything just them deep cold glassy eyes. White female, glasses and blonde hair.
But pizza was delicious.
